At this moment one could see a vein form on the rat's head. The monster's lips pulled back revealing its viscous teeth, and a deep growl had begun to start in the rat. The rat's head snapped up with extreme fury in its eyes. WHO THE FUCK RUINED MY MEAL!!!
The rat looked around in its rage and inhaled. It realized the poison on its ruined meal had a smell, as some of the poison had been rubbed off on the ground. The rat took another breath in, and could smell where the rest of the poison had come from. It saw a building in front of it, and knew that these things were the dens of the humans. If it broke into one, it would cause a commotion.
The rat then used [Presence Erase] and [Stealth Enhance] and destroyed a small grate in front of it. The rat crawled through the now "open" grate and kept low to the ground. It hid behind the shadow of a cabinet and inhaled once more. The rat could smell the scent on some human's hands, but a much larger gathering of the scent through some doors. The person walked to the thing the rat was hiding behind and somehow made water run over their hands. The smell was mostly gone from her hands, and she walked away. Then another skinny person came in with bottles of strange substances. None of the things the person carried smelled good. They opened the doors and put the chemicals there, then he went over and washed his hands.
The rat looked around and saw there were many people in this area. The rat then noticed the smell of meat. It looked over and saw there were people doing something to the meat. They put the meat on a grid with fire under it. The rat remembered this stuff from the goblins. It was very hot and very dangerous. The rat watched the man as he put the slab of meat on the grid. It made a sharp hissing and sizzling noise. It smelled smoky, but in a good way. The man waited a while and then flipped it. The rat then looked and saw it was brown and shiny on the part in contact with the hot metal. It had the pattern of the grid on the meat, and looked strangely tasty. The person took it off the grid and onto a circular thing; they then sprinkled some white crystal things on it. Lastly they put some green thing next to it, and gave it to someone else who took it away.
The rat had forgotten of its revenge and was instead curious of this strange preparation of meat. It decided it must try some of this and formed a plan. The rat then smelled more of the smoky scent and looked to its left. Another person began to prepare some more meat. Then the meat had finished being prepared, it was plated, and the person who made it began walking to someone else. The rat took its chance and tripped the man. The rat then ran up and dragged the meal outside the building. Thanks to its stealth, no one had noticed the rat, and it got away with its crime.
The rat had begun to eat it, and its mouth had once more been flooded with flavor. The meat was cooked medium rare, and the rat found it perfect. It chowed down on the rest of the meal and walked away. It remembered it did have the idea of revenge, but forgave the people for giving it a different fantastic meal.

"Henry, are you okay," Henry's friend Doc asked, "What happened?"
Henry had replied," I'm not sure. It felt like I tripped on something."
Doc countered, "Well, there ain't nothin' there now."
"Yeah, I guess I must've just gotten my feet twisted up," Henry agreed.
Henry got up and went to clean up the now shattered plate. After he went to go get rid of the now ruined steak.
Then Henry noticed something, "Wait, where's the steak?"
Henry looked for it but saw nothing, until he saw a trail of juices being led to a broken gate.
"What the hell," Henry said in confusion.

The rat walked off through the alleys, continuing to keep up its stealth. It looked around a corner and there it saw some very strange people. These were people who were wearing the same kind of armor as that humanoid rat. They were humans though, so they were much taller. They walked through the grimy and gloomy alleys, and shone like diamonds. They didn't show a single person disrespect and instead showed kindness. The person in the lead's head snapped to where the rat was. The rat immediately used the divert part of its [Presence Erase] skill. The person somehow though was unaffected. The rat turned tail and ran. They were outside of its [Mana Detection], so it couldn't sense how much magic they had but the rat still knew they were strong.

"Captain, what's wrong," a young man behind Sheila had asked.
Sheila answered, "I thought I felt a dark presence over there, but it was only a feeling."
"But captain, usually when you have that feeling it's right," argued the young man.
Sheila countered, "Even if I had been right, it didn't feel like an evil presence."
The young man asked, "Wasn't a dark presence evil?"
Sheila corrected, "Not necessarily, a shadow mage or assassin can have a dark presence, but not be evil."
The young man said, "I see, thank you for correcting me."
Sheila did not reply to that statement though. Her focus was still on the spot where she had sensed the presence. Her eyes narrowed but nothing came of it, so she and her team continued down the alley. Currently, they were told to search for a shadow rat, a monster which was certainly an evil and dark being.

The rat sneezed. It had no idea what this meant, but it didn't really enjoy it.
