(Rubik's high)
"Hello everyone, my name is Andrew, and from today I'm going to take the classes of the newly added subject in your curriculum, which is nano tech..."
Zede was in his first class of nano tech where he saw that Diego and was noticing Andrew very carefully. And on the other hand he saw Kylan was keeping his full attention on the lecture. Each and every classmate wished him for his well being on his birthday. Among that crowd he was trying to find Dahlia but she was absent that day.
"eeeh Why did Kylan go home early. It was my birthday. I was expecting a gift from him but it's nothing" Zede was stomping his shoes on the street and Diego was looking at him with a fear. "May be he will give you the surprise a bit late or by visiting your home personally." said Diego.
Then Zede felt a like someone is following him, he turned back and looked but from his other side some said boooooo. Zede was scared.
"I couldn't miss your birthday, buddy. I wanted to surprise you."
Zede couldn't contain his excitement. "You have no idea how much this means to me, Kylan. It's been way too long."
Kylan chuckled. "Well, get ready for an even bigger surprise." He reached into his backpack and pulled out a wrapped gift box, adorned with a vibrant red bow. "Happy birthday, Zede."
Zede accepted the gift, his curiosity piqued. "You didn't have to, but thank you!"
Kylan winked. "Go on, open it."
With eager hands, Zede carefully tore the wrapping paper away, revealing a sleek black box. He lifted the lid, and inside, he found a pair of high-quality leather gloves with intricate designs etched onto them. They were unlike any gloves he'd ever seen, and the craftsmanship was remarkable.
"Awesome!" Zede exclaimed. "But what are they used for?" Zede enquired Kylan. "I'll tell you later" Kylan Ran away. But still Zede was thinking about Dahlia.
"What are you trying to find my friend? Maybe your birthday is not that important for her" said Diego while Zede was on his way to home. "No, Diego I really don't think so. She wished me in the midnight. Who remains awake just to wish someone unimportant?" said Zede to Diego.
Zede had just returned home from school, his heart still warmed by Kylan's surprise. Little did he know that another surprise awaited him, one that had been carefully planned by his mother, Zenya. As he entered their cozy home, the scent of his favorite meal wafted through the air, and he couldn't help but smile.
"Mom, I'm home!" Zede called out, kicking off his shoes and hanging his backpack on a hook by the door.
Zenya's voice echoed from the kitchen, "Welcome back, sweetie! How was your day?"
Zede made his way to the kitchen, where his mother was busy putting the finishing touches on a beautifully set table. Where Paige was helping Zenya in decorating the whole kitchen. The room was bathed in warm, inviting light, and a bouquet of fresh flowers adorned the center of the table.
"It was great, Mom," Zede replied with a grin. "Kylan surprised me at school, and we had a wonderful catch-up."
Zenya turned to face her son, her eyes filled with warmth and affection. "I'm glad to hear that, Zede. But the surprises aren't over yet."
Zede raised an eyebrow, intrigued. "What do you mean, Mom?"
Zenya motioned toward the table. "Take a seat, dear. Dinner is almost ready."
Zede complied, taking a seat at the table. As he did, he noticed the dishes on the table were his absolute favorites—spiced curry with jasmine rice, and a decadent chocolate cake with candles in the shape of the number "18."
Suddenly someone slammed the door, It was Derek 'Surprise' he said. There was a gift in his hand. "Is it for me?" Zede tried to take it from his father's hand. Derek raised the gift up "Dinner first"
Zenya chuckled as she brought a steaming plate of curry to the table. They all shared a heartfelt meal, chatting about Zede's day and his friends. Zenya listened intently, her pride in her son evident in every smile and nod.
After they had finished their meal, Zenya stood up and retrieved the chocolate cake from the kitchen. She carefully lit the candles and placed the cake in front of Zede.
"Make a wish, my love," she encouraged.
Zede closed his eyes, took a deep breath, and made a silent wish. Then, he blew out the candles, and the room was filled with warm applause from his mother.
Zenya and Derek leaned in and hugged their son tightly. "Happy birthday, Zede."
Zede returned the hug, feeling a deep sense of love and gratitude. "Thank you, Mom and Dad, you too Paige, for the surprise. This has been an amazing day."
Zenya pulled back and smiled, her eyes shimmering with affection. "But wait, you haven't opened the box yet"
Zede opened the box with a quickly. "A telescope!! Hurrah Thanks a lot mom and dad. This is a perfect gift for a space lover"
Zede was overjoyed. "Mom, you always knows how to make my birthdays special."
After that Zede went upstairs in his room on the stairs he hugged Paige and thanked her for making his birthday special with mom and ran away. "Zz Zede" Paige was trying to stop him to give a birthday present but because of her shyness she got freeze on the stairs.
Tired Zede slept with his telescope just after hitting his bed. And Diego doubted him if he knows how to use a telescope or not. In the end he turned off the lights.
But in the midnight when Zede woke up because of his uncomfortable sleeping position, he saw a pitch black figure was standing in his room's balcony and was staring at him. He went near to it. That figure grabbed came close and kissed him.
