Zede was feeling a little more calm than usual because there was another friend besides Harris to spend time with. A new day in the school started with a sports period, each and every student from every section gathered on the ground where Kylan was observing and the whole ground and making new contacts.
While Adam, Darby and Simon were giving Zede a murky look, When Zede started looking the other way. Darby kicked the ball towards the Zede, in his full potential. But before Zede could react Kylan jumped and took that ball on his chest. Kylan threw the ball towards them and said "Nice throw my friend, but play carefully"
Darby clenched his fist in anger "What is he… What is he… ? I used my full powered kick, that punctured the ball after it hit him. How was he able to stop my blow? He is not a normal human" "Leave him, Just a day just a day,and we'll get him killed" said Adam. (After that the bell rang and everyone went to the classroom)
Zede was hesitating, telling him about the alter egos of Adam Darby and himself and then he dropped that idea. So, in the return he just thanked him for saving him from the throw. At the same time he was also wandering how Kylan took the ball on his chest because Darby as his alter ego is actually "Greek Foot" with extreme kicking abilities. "May be he thrown it a bit slower" said Zede and chuckles. "What you just said?" asked Kylan. "No it's nothing"
"Hey Kylan how about visiting your house after school, it's been a long time since I last met your grandfather" said Zede enthusiastically. "My Grandfather huh! Just come and see him yourself" Kylan changed the topic then.
After the school Zede walked to Kylan house with Kylan himself with him. Kylan opened a garage shutter "The main door isn't working well so I'm using this garage" Kylan chuckles. When Zede entered that garage he saw a lot of different shapes of helmets, stones and wires all over the garage. But that was not the thing which was grasping his attention; there was a poster of Cosmic Man.
Kylan enter his house and came back to look for Zede. Here in garage Zede was looking at the poster of Cosmic Man.
"From where did you get it?" asked Zede in amazement. "Oh it's nothing just a memory from my childhood. Cosmic man saved me once when I was in a trouble" saying this they both went through the door to the living room. A loud alarm started beeping and a bot with an old man's face came with a machine gun and was pointing towards Zede. "Hey hey hey" Zede yelled.
Kylan jumped and pressed a button. This action stopped the alarm and that bot got also calmed. Zede was panting crazily "What was that?" He shouted. "Oh sorry sorry I forgot to turn off the safety measures. They are created by me. If someone tries to enter my house with a weapon, it automatically starts taking actions. Maybe it's broken, why would you carry a weapon with you?" said.
"I see" said Zede while secretly looking inside his bag for Diego. "But what is this robot with your grampa's face on it" Zede looked at Kylan's long face. "Don't tell me. How's this happened?" asked Zede.
"I know what you are thinking, Yes! My grampa is now in the afterlife" said Kylan by looking in the sky from his window. "It happened a couple of years ago. He was suffering from arthritis, dementia and tuberculosis. One day he forgot the way to home and on a main street he was hit by a truck. After his death, someone called me, and I tried mybest to save him but doctors told me that he died, after that I created this AI robot by using his diary and the things I know about him" said Kylan. "Oh man" Zede collapsed on a sofa.
"My grandchild came home!!" said that robot and brought Kylan some water. After that he got his clothes to change. On that hot day, Zede decided to spend rest of his afternoon on Kylan's house. "So how's everything in your home?" "Nothing just one of my far cousin Is living in my house, I thought she has the mixed feelings for me." "What? a girl, let her live, may she will give you a precious gift on your birthday or more than that, 'I your bedrooooom'" kylan was teasing Zede.
"Oh your birthday. It's tomorrow right?" "Ah yes" Zede replied. Kylan showed his happiness by giving him a punch.
After this in the evening Zede departed from Kylan's house. He again took a close look of that poster of Cosmic man and went home.
"Oh man that was dangerous. His security system almost got us" said Zede to Diego. Diego came out from his bag and said "Just tell him about me like you told it to Zeno."
"And what happened to Zeno? He is my friend, when he'll came to know that I'm doing these kind of dangerous works, He'll definitely try to help me and I don't want him to put his life on the line" said Zede. "Hey we came to home, How we gonna deal with that eavesdropper girl" asked Diego "I don't know at all but if she will do it again I'll really take a hard step" said Zede.
"Welcome home Zede!!" Paige was on the gate to welcome him. Zede wandered and asked her when she came home after the project. "Just five minutes ago" she replied. "oh nice" After the meal the evening ends. Unlike previous years Zede was very eager for the next morning. In the midnight his phone chimes, it was Dahlia who wished he Happy birthday. His mom knocked the door and got him a cake, where Paige and his Dad and was standing behind her. "Happy Birthday Zede" they wished him.
