"What would that be your majesty?" Draven asked.
"A specialized ship for a... project I'm doing" Aleister replied while fiddling with a wire "for a while I've been fiddling with the size and shape of it and I have come to this", after finally getting the wire inside the port after flipping it multiple times, a blue hologram of a ship lit up.
The ship was cylindrical in shape with a pointed nose, two massive fins down the spine and keel jutted out, and multiple hangers across both sides of the ship hollowed sections out.
"Your majesty, why are there so many smaller thrusters instead of main ones? And why are the hangers so small? They might fit a squadron but that would be pushing– it" as the architect was talking Aleister changed the hologram to include another two ships being The Orpheus and The Sidenvis I, the biggest current ships in the Navy, Comparatively they were absolutely tiny.
"50 Kilometers long, 20 Kilometers wide, 14 Kilometers tall. 160 Main Matter Annihilator engines, 400 Secondary and Tertiary engines. With 30 Large main reactors the engines, the thousands of guns, and shields should hold but I didn't do those calculations so that will be one of your tasks" Aleister stated before once again changing the hologram in front of the stunned architect "of course the interior is completely empty being too complex and large for one person in such a short time".
"Your majesty, even if there was a shipyard big enough to build this, this would completely bankrupt us even if we had 25 years of revenue and materials to dump in the thing".
"That means it's big enough, besides I want you to design it with a gap of ten years in mind".
"Are there any requirements such as crew and passenger amounts or guns".
"It at the very least must hold two entire corps along with all the required crew and must hold at least one year of supplies for all passengers, as for guns I want dual-octuple batteries, dual-quad batteries, ion cannons, and energy flak guns, I also want 40 emplacements for larger guns such as .5 kilometer-long guns and a few 1 kilometer long guns".
"I'm assuming that you want total secrecy?".
"Yes, you and only the most loyal people in this building will see it, at most 10 people but you all will have a decade to do it so it should be possible right?".
"Of course, we shall have it done way before that".
"Good".
Once again in a string of uncountable events, Aleister's transport left off to another location, this time being the science districts. With an impromptu meeting in mind with the megascale science head and the weapons head, he planned to commission a design of a world plate and the multi-hundred-meter-long guns. A world plate in Aleisters mind would be the ultimate embodiment of Royal power– there would be hundreds of kilometer-long guns, thousands of smaller half-kilometer-long energy cannons, and an innumerable amount of energy flak all bundled up into a plate many kilometers long, wide, and tall. It also would be the platform for the main Shield Arrays required for a planetary shield.
Even one world plate would cost a fortune yet the benefits that it incurs would far outweigh such small amounts of money and materials. With the size of Dochion only 12 World Plates would be required to have 360° protection, an endeavor that would quite literally be equivalent to a whole fleet of dreadnoughts– Of course, this is a far-off idea.
For the very first time since Aleister had been coronated and/or Reincarnated into this world, he slotted a full week of free time, a time that will although be called free time or a Vacation, it is more of a Vacation away from Administering the Kingdom– Instead, his time will be spent with the admiral and generals plotting the demise of the last non-Sanguisugion ruled territory in the surrounding 100 Light years, according to the star map and royal intelligence at least.
To the east was an advanced oligarchy state roughly the same size as the Sanguisugion kingdom was pre-Caesseian surrender, but due to their mostly isolationist ideals, their military was double that because of an utter lack of war and abundance of consolidation; not something that they couldn't be defeat if they were careful and planned incessantly. Thankfully with the already thousand years of absolutism in the eastern state, the chance of rebellion due to governmental shifts is way less, especially due to their belief in democratic oligarchism, a very rare idea indeed.
However, before any strategy meetings can acure he is at the very least planning to spend one day at a royal resort on Dochion, therefore, from the science district, his transport leaves carrying a wary passenger to the largest hot springs on the planet.
The hot springs resort has always been a resort since tribal society began thousands of years ago, yet it was a resort for a different reason and in a different way. A tribal society usually wouldn't be able to discern myth and science, while they now know that it was just a reactivating volcano, the almost rhythmic earthquakes before a giant eruption that threw rock and dirt into the atmosphere decimating all plant life and vegetation, before raining down in fire was to the tribes a divine event, one that they were astronomically lucky to survive, the only case of religion outside of a few highly ceremonialized mortal people in their entire history. Before the eruption it was a beautiful landscape with lush forests and dozens of large lakes which would change into the thousands of different hot springs in that area, creating an area where even the war-loving Sanguisugion race would not dare set foot adorned with full battle armor.
Now the large resort was part royal fief and part semi-public– with the upper parts which were closer to the epicenter of the volcano being the personal parts of the resort. although they were less stable they were more easily cordoned off, something that nobody has complained about considering that 95% of the resort is public meaning everyone gets a fair slice of the hot springs, gushing geysers, and slightly toxic sludge of microorganisms while also giving the royal family massive amounts of money.
Touching down Aleister politely went to the more appropriately filled royal closet, not before talking for a bit at the landing pad with the manager of the royal section of the resort.
