Soaking in the hot water Aleister began to relax truly for the first time in a while, leaning back into the smooth paved wall of the spring he closed his eyes and dozed off. Time slowly passed before it was time to exit the springs, leaving the walled-off room Aleister made his way down the long partial outdoor hallways to his second favorite place in the resort, the outdoor lounge. Outfitted with a full bar, connected to a kitchen, all the while a beautiful sunset and sunrise view makes this lounge only beaten by the heavenly springs filled with additives dotting the mountain peak.
Laying down on the only reclining chair sitting directly before a drop-off into more hot springs behind him was a long shaded bar with a direct connection into a walled-off room which was the kitchen, above the king was an umbrella that created a cool shaded area where he could lay down in comfort.
Walking from the bar a man held a platter, on which rested a crystal cup which alone cost more than what some people would earn in a whole month. Inside the expensive crystal cup was a glass filled with ice and a drink dyeing the reflected light a deep amber, it was a part blood part alcohol-based mix that Aleister loved. Thanking the bartender he grabbed the drink, took a sip out of it then placed it on the shaded stool, and with a happy smile on his face, he lowered his head into the chair.
"Your majesty" A woman announced before walking closer to the king, when Aleister waved his hand in approval she once again began talking "Your majesty, Elizabeth the former Caesseian Queen is at the Royal Palace and is requesting an audience"
"Tell her I'm busy"
"As you wish" She curtly bowed before walking back into the buildings.
The peaceful silence lasted for a full two hours and with a few drinks the Sun started to set across the edge of Dochion, with the better more resilient eyes of the Sanguisugion Aleister could look directly into the sunset, not forever but longer than a human would be able to.
Content with his peaceful afternoon even at its shortness Aleister began to get up and walk to his room and go to sleep in the comfortable bedding, yet the universe had different plans for this king. Running into the outside lounge almost 100 Royal Guards surrounded Aleister and began to look in the skies with their Optical enhanced vision the helmets gave them, Above in the actual skies four squads of fighters all piloted by the royal guard began to sweep the skies. Above those fighters was a fat Sidenvis I class Destroyer trudging along the skies in front of a blue thrust, flanked by two older Alder Class Corvettes.
"What's with the" Aleister Asked his new Guard Commander while pointing at the guards, Fighters, and the destroyer in the skies
"Your majesty…. There was a prison break at shádsals almost every prisoner escaped with the rouge Regiment protecting and Guarding the prison, only a few officials escaped and didn't join the prisoners in the break, and uhm" The Guard Commander reported while pulling out a hologram projector with shaking hands "Your… brother then took the prisoners and raided the royal palace, they were stopped b-by palace security but they did some damage to the interior and main front exterior"
The man proceeded to turn on the holo-projector showing a near collapsed section of the palace, it was the entire main entrance. Staring at the hologram Aleister showed no physical reaction and just walked in a pacing motion sipping on his almost half-empty cup.
"Your majesty, there is more, in the ensuing fight between the royal guard and the regiment that defected Elizebeth was injured and i-" The Guard continued before being stopped by Aleister who just looked at the crystal glass.
"God Damn it!!!" He yelled in English while throwing the crystal glass as hard as he could down the drop-off, and while the guards couldn't understand what he said with the furious tone and the visceral almost animal reaction they knew he was furious.
"Tell the head and vice head of royal intelligence, the shádsals director, the palace shielding complex director, the Alumit director, the admiral and commander of the Zeptoniee Regiment to get to the palace immediately" Aleister yelled at the following guards walking into the building complex "One day– it is not too much is it?" He asked in English, making the guards believe that he had lost his mind and was simply talking gibberish.
Walking down the hall he brushed past many who were calmly walking down the hall before being pushed aside by the guards.
"To the palace," He said to the pilot waiting outside of the ramp, he then walked into the transport and into a side room and began changing into an armor that was there in case of emergencies, it was a black full-body armor with a black robe with golden embroidery along the edges, an armor that was his best friend more than 70 years ago, although old it has been updated with better plating making it more akin to a royal guards armor.
Walking out of the devastation was a whole legion dawning the red armor unique to the burning legion, covering their face were black glassed helmets all with a fire symbol planted right on their visor.
"His Majesty calls for you" A man in red armor and adorned with many medals on his right breast said to a man cowering in the side of the room with a piece of cloth constantly wiping his brow "Of course, I'll go immediately"
Outside of the only intact building was a massacre. thousands were lined up in rows, a dozen rows of prisoners all being systematically beheaded, and at the same time being watched by the cowering man as if that was his fate. Mindlessly the burning legion carried the bodies and heads to piles on the side before half of them grabbed the rest of the prisoners too stupid to follow the rules and not run from the prison or not lucky enough to get on Braeden's payroll.
The Burning legion was then done with their job, clearing the prison of all filth, as their first true time blooding their weapons after Five years of training the first of the ten special forces legions Aleister commissioned were Truly done with their training and were now fit for deployment effectively doubling the number of special forces available.
On their way to the Royal palace on dochion Seven people boarded transports and left their respective positions, while the people on the planet were the quickest and were made to stand at attention to the side of a king looking at a collapsing palace.
