Inside of a large house, a child could be seen waking up near one of the corners, with the boy looking at his body while mumbling something.
'Bastard ROB!!! What type of idiot sends me to the Naruto World in the body of a child? And I don't even know where I am.' Hayato complained to himself as he tried to imagine where he was.
At that moment, a small map, bag, and a note seemed to magically appear beside Hayato, with him.
Picking it up, Hayato gained a cartoonish tick mark on his head as he could practically hear the words on the first line in the Light's voice.
'Sorry. It's my first time doing something like this.'
Hayato rolled his eyes as he grabbed the map, with him seeing the small mark that indicated that he was in the Land of Tea, a nation that was South of the Land of Fire and seemed to be unaffected by the war going on around them.
Yes, according to the second part of the note, the Second Great Ninja War was currently ongoing, with it beginning just a few months prior.
It served as the First Major War that had occurred in the Shinobi World since the end of the First Great Ninja World War nearly twenty years prior.
In the war, the Land of Wind, Land of Rain, Land of Earth, and the Land of Fire were at war with one another, with the Land of Rain being forced to be used as a battlefield for the larger nations.
The Land of Water was also at war with the Land of Lightning and Uzushiogakure, with the Village still existing and maintaining it's status as a Secondary power on the same level as the Land of Grass and the Land of Rain.
Thankfully, the Land of Tea was not actively involved in the War other than 'voluntarily' gifting Konoha with supplies.
The note also went on to explain how Konoha was able to contend against so many powers, especially when they were both the Land of Earth's and Land of Wind's main targets in the war, with it being due to the various alliances they had with all of their surrounding smaller nations, with it basically giving them a filter zone to fully guard themselves from the other Nations.
Hayato could only sigh at that, as he knew that this was a cruel world no matter how much the original Anime attempted to paint Ninja in a good light.
Hayato then grabbed the bag and looked inside, with him seeing a large amount of gold and food inside the bag, with his eyebrow raising at how unscientific it was that it all could fit, with him then pausing as he realized he was literally reborn in an Anime with powers from a children cartoon, making him shake his head in exasperation.
'So the Second Great Ninja War just began, that means that I'm likely in the same age group as Minato or Kushina. That gives me some time to prepare to deal with the threats to come, but I wonder how I should go about it.
While I have no intentions of limiting my impact on the world, I need the timeline to stay on a certain track, at least up until the Nine Tails Attack, as I need to ensure that Naruto and Sasuke are both born as a failsafe against Kaguya in case all my plans fail. Also, it would be better to hope that Obito gets abducted by Madara, as if he didn't, then I could be facing an unknown Uchiha with abilities that are also unknown.
But, it's likely that I'll need to build my own forces somewhere so that I can fight against the organizations and Otsutsuki in the future. And that's without the current fact of me needing to get my own strength to a subsequent level before I can even protect myself.' Hayato thought to himself as he formulated a battle strategy to deal with the enemies in the future.
Hayato then looked around the house and found multiple items scattered around like identification papers, household items, and other basic things that Hayato may need.
Hayato grabbed one of the pens and empty notebooks nearby, with him began to write down every single fact he knew about the Naruto World, yet the Languages he used changed every five words, with it going in the order of English, Chinese, Russian, Spanish, and Portuguese.
He wrote down the timeline and when certain things were expected to occur in sequential fashion, with him using his best inference to formulate the exact dates, but he made sure to record those exact events down.
He didn't wish to deal with him losing or forgetting any memories or important details based on how long he stayed in the world, and he wrote it in those languages since the Language that the world mostly used were Japanese or Kanji.
After finishing, Hayato thought about what he should do next, with him deciding to finally try out his newfound powers.
While he didn't show it, he was extremely excited about the ability to use what could be considered magical powers, especially when he was a man of science and didn't think such things in his past life.
Deciding to attempt air as his first element, Hayato tried to focus on the breeze before him, the gas expelled from his lungs every time he exhaled a breath, and the oxygen that existed around him.
He then tried to control it as he pushed his hand forward, yet unlike the blade made of wind that he was hoping for, all he got was a small gust that even a toy fan in his old world could outdo.
Hayato sighed as he sat down, slightly disappointed at the pitiful display that he made.
"It was a good attempt!! I think you can do it with a bit of teaching!!" A young voice sounded from beside Hayato.
"Yes. I believe I'll be in charge of teaching him, as I believe he has remarkable talent if he could make even a small gust on his first try." A much more mature voice sounded as Hayato turned to the door while alarmed, yet he was stunned by the people he saw.
First, there was a young boy wearing orange clothes and having arrow-shaped tattoos on his body, with him having a large grin on his face.
The second person was a far older woman the also had arrow-shaped tattoos on her body, with her looking at him with a kind smile.
"Hello, Avatar Hayato. I am Avatar Yangchen and this is Avatar Aang, though I'm sure you already know that. Since you chose Air as your first elements, we will be in charge of instructing you for this element." Yangchen said, while Hayato's mouth was wide open.
