Hayato floated down to the ground, opening his eyes to reveal a new level of calm and peace within them, no longer burdened by regrets or sorrows he had in his past.
"Well, Avatar Hayato. You truly have smashed any and all expectations that I had for you and your progress. You can now take pleasure in knowing that you are the first Avatar to achieve the state of Spirituality in less that 2 minutes. Truly, you will become an exceptional Avatar." Yangchen said with a smile as she looked at the boy before her.
"I feel great." Hayato said with a smile, as he felt as if he was permanently in a state of ecstasy.
Yangchen simply shook her head as she responded.
"That was likely the addicting feeling that the Avatar State gives. Oh, and trust me, I know how addicting it feels to gain access to that power.
Possessing the experience of thousands of years of combat, a nearly endless energy pool, and the ability to bend nearly every facet of the world as if it was as simple as breathing was simply... Exhilarating!!
I felt as if the world was at my fingertips!! A God!!" Yangchen finished with a slightly crazed expression on her face as Hayato coughed slightly, with Yangchen gaining a slight blush at her behavior before turning around to calm herself.
'Yeah... I'm definitely not getting on her bad side. Who knew that Avatar Yangchen would have a God Complex.' Hayato thought to himself.
"Apologies. But, before we go back to the bending aspect, do you have any questions?" Yangchen asked.
"Yes. Will I need to unlock my seven Chakras to fully gain control over the Avatar State?" Hayato asked in response.
Yangchen seemed to think about it and examined him before she responded.
"Well, you're a unique case it when it comes to the Avatar State. It seems that immense willpower will be needed to control your Avatar state fully rather than opening all seven chakras, though I still recommend that you open them, as they could only be used for your benefit." Yangchen answered, and Hayato nodded.
"But, you will have a difficult time embarking on that path at a young age, as very few Avatars become fully fledged Avatars at a young age. The youngest two are Aang and me, with him becoming one at 12 while I finished my training at 16." Yangchen added, with Hayato nodding in agreement.
"Now, let us properly begin," Yangchen said as she began slowly performing the stances, with Hayato following closely behind her.
Originally, Hayato found himself struggling to make the Air move in a certain way, but as if seeing his dilemma, even with her eyes closed, Yangchen spoke again.
"Allow your thoughts, your worries, and any issues of lingering doubts that you have to flow away freely. Don't let them confine you. Simply move through them as if they aren't there."
Hayato then began clearing his mind using the Mantra that Yangchen had just stated, allowing his mind to become peaceful, tranquil, and unburdened by the many doubts and hesitations that had been plaguing him.
Then, he thrust his palm forward, with it creating a powerful blast of air that nearly uprooted an entire tree.
~Yangchen~
'He truly is a remarkable individual. I wonder how far I can teach him. Perhaps he can reach the levels of the Great Gurus that we look upon in our history books.' Yangchen thought to herself as she felt the wind around her begin to move.
While a few Avatars had been able to become full masters at a young age, it was highly uncommon, as most only learned that they were the avatars upon turning sixteen years old.
But even the ones like her, Aang, and Korra, had either been burdened with immense pressure or dealt with amazing teachers to guide them from a young age.
Hayato had literally blown every single record that an Airbender could have right off of the wall, with his talent being so monstrous that Yangchen felt that he could become one of the greatest Air Bending Masters to ever live.
'I wonder how much of that is due to his own mind's state and enhanced body, and how much is due to his own natural genius and talent.' Yangchen thought again as she felt the Air around her become concentrated to a singular point.
She then widened her eyes as a powerful gust of Air, one that could easily kill normal adult men, was blasted behind her, with her seeing that the powerful attack had nearly uprooted one of the Sakura Trees near them, the tree barely able to remain standing.
'Incredible.' Yangchen thought in amazement as the boy once again blew her mind, with him performing an attack that only Airbenders who had trained for a few months would be capable of doing.
'Maybe he's like Kiyoshi. He could possess the ability to use powerful attacks easily but difficulty when using it more subtly.' Yangchen thought while trying to somehow rationalize this.
But, she didn't get to succeed as she saw the boy using the Wind to create small shapes, with the shapes spinning rapidly in his palm.
'What the Hell kind of talent did that Great Spirit give this boy!! And are we supposed to be training an Avatar or a monster? Because I truly can't tell at this point.'
"Yangchen!! Do you know where I can fi-" Aang's words trailed off as he looked at the boy who was four years younger than he was.
'Yes Aang. I'm glad to see I'm not hallucinating this. Oh God, just how terrifying will this boy be when I get done. NO!! How terrifying will he be when Kiyoshi get's done!!' Yangchen thought to herself before sighing.
"Okay, Hayato. I believe that I-YOU'VE had enough of today's lesson. We'll start back tomorrow. And hopefully you won't defy common sense again." Yangchen said, with her mumbling the last part as she walked by Aang, closed his jaw, and then brought him with her.
'I wonder what did I do?' Hayato thought while slightly confused.
