Gina's mind was racing with questions at the moment. She did, however, have to be patient in order to find out the answer.
Gina packed her belongings while Zeryon went to manage the hospital administration.
Modesty rolled out of bed, her body drooping. Her skin was still pale. Even the bandage on her brow remained in place. She was still too weak, but her desire to leave the hospital as soon as possible gave her a burst of energy.
"Modesty, you just lie down."
"Gina, I'm bored."
"You really are stubborn."
"Just like you, right? Of course. I'm your sister." Modesty giggled.
Gina's heart was touched by Modesty's words. She considered her to be her sister. In reality, this was not the case.
"Listen, Modesty, you must remember one thing."
"About what?"
"We are, after all, sisters. We've known each other for a long time. Nothing will ever change that, do you get it?"
Modesty simply nodded. "You sound strange."
