The music teacher gave the young woman a menacing smirk after glaring at her. Perhaps she became aware that one of the students was toying with her.
"I apologize, Miss. I'm a new student. I didn't go to school yesterday after the first day since my sister was in an accident. So, once again,I'm sorry that I can't sing well," Gina explained in a casual tone.
"Okay. Please take a seat again," the music teacher said.
Gina approached her chair. She then took a seat.
"What did you do, Gina? I know you can sing that song well," Emelle whispered.
"Please..." Gina shook her head as a sign that Emelle shouln't discuss about singing.
"Oh, well. Later, okay?"
Gina slowly nodded. She couldn't say anything because the teacher was still staring at her.
