In the middle of our negotiation, three people with the Streetlight Talon jacket approached both of us. From the front, it was Toronto with his memorable blond hairs and the purple head Lila. The last one was probably someone who worked as an officer within the headquarters as I couldn't recognize his face.
"Mr. Faust!" The purple head began to run. In just a short amount of distance, she was out of breath as if she had run a ten laps marathon beforehand. "I thought you had died!"
"So you did doubt me after all!"
Gilga put her casual grinning expression as she pointed at me with her thumb. "This man got a crippled arm and pinky as a result of that."
"Huwaaa!"
This purple head's confused gesture made it either she was flustered by my wound, or the fact that I somehow managed to sneak into this place, or the fact that I'm alone with her senior.
Toronto immediately caught up afterwards with the other unmemorable members of Streetlight Talon.
"Seems like we're raining on your parade, Gilga." Toronto maintained a stern poker face as he said that. "I'm not really sure that this is the perfect place for a date."
I smirked. "Chief Gilga thinks that it's romantic."
"Huwaa, I didn't know that both of you had gone that long."
"I swear I'll turn all of you rapscallions into minced meat this morning!"
"Regardless, it seemed like there was a serious discussion that I happened to catch as soon as we got here," said Toronto.
"Yeah." Gilga stroked the back of her neck again as she donned a conflicted look on her face. "This uncle of mine wanted me to pay 390.000 Solus for him to suicide rush into the Yugen Extra's turf."
I could hear Lila muttering the word "Uncle" with a question mark under her breath. It seemed like she was overloaded with information already.
"Well, why not?" said Toronto with a chill tone in contrast to his stiff expression. "It's only 390.000 Solus."
"I mean, look at him!" Gilga presented me with both hands as if I was some kind of a surprise gift box. "His left hand is crippled from fighting the Doppelsoldners! It's a miracle that he survived. Letting him do what he wants will only kill this man!"
"Uhm, Chief Gilga." Lila reluctantly gestured her hand as if she wanted to notify a clueless person but was too afraid to choose her words. "I guess the news hasn't reached your ears. Well, we only got it recently after all."
"What news?" Gilga raised her eyebrow.
"Nusa, explain it." Toronto prodded the teenager beside him with his words.
"Senior Gilga. Basically, after our withdrawal from the core site of Nihil suppression, there was a raging news that spread like a wildfire amongst the Associations and Offices.
"The info we acquired within the intelligent department is also brand new with great consistency from all sources. All which have implied that the Landsknecht Association's well known Rottmeister, Hans the Golden Beard, in his squad of Doppelsoldners have been wounded by a man that he challenged in duel."
Gilga immediately faced me in my direction, as the lad continued.
"It has been said that the Golden Beard was pierced by the heart. Albeit there have been some inconsistency and hyperbole upon some of our sources, but the truth of this news is undeniable as the Golden Beard himself has confirmed its legitimacy."
Nusa then pulled out a device from his belt pouch and stretched two of the edges with both of his hands. A holographic screen was manifested within it.
On the screen, there was a view of a reporter trying to speak with the six meters tall man in front of him despite the fact that he was not allowed to come near the extraction site of the suppressed Nihil by one of the Doppelsoldner.
The Golden Beard himself noticed the attempt and approached the interviewer with a wide grin on his face. The gaping hole on his chest didn't seem to be much of an issue to him.
"With all due respect to you, the Golden Beard, it seems like you have taken a great blow from the currently suppressed Nihil. Did it perhaps happen to be an Urban Dusk level of catastrophe in terms of difficulty!?"
"It seems like you have mistaken something." The giant hunched as he took the small microphone with his index and thumb. "This gaping wound is not done by any Nihil I have faced. A human has pierced his spear onto my chest and taken my heart before crushing it with his bare hand!"
"Did you happen to encounter this man before or after the Nihil suppression!?"
"I met this man after my Rotte had cleared the Nihil suppression. Right after I dispatched my men for a secret mission, to be exact."
"Do you identify the name of this dangerous individual that you have faced!?"
"That monster is a dangerous man that goes by many names." Hans then threw a playful smirk as he directly faced the camera. "But from now on, I want everyone to listen to what I say."
"This individual won't be referred to as anything but as the 'Phantasmal Leprechaun'. Under the moonlight, they will wear a smiling mask as they unsheathe their weapon, the spectator of their performance would think a second rite before facing such a beast."
After that speech, Hans gave the microphone back and walked away with a stupid smile on his face.
Nusa then closed the holographic device, before continuing his report. "As of now, the Phantasmal Leprechaun have been officially classified as an Urban Dawn by the Associations, especially the Landsknecht, knowing that one of their most powerful personnel spoke of that person with such a manner."
"The hell I'm watching…"
Gilga looked confused, extremely confused. Or so I like to refer to it by, in the state of absolute denial. She placed her palm on her face, before peeking her eye to my casual smiling face that had been looking hella casual the whole time.
