We managed to find a stable place to call home. Water and food are taken care of and we are at the moment, building a wall out of many things just to make sure we aren't killed in our sleep by zombies who could break down our doors. We have ways in, out, and more, but after Nicole's death-- Willow can't hear her name or she breaks into tears. Willow pretends sometimes that she's there, even when she is not. I'd say she's on the stage of Denial so we understand her feelings. Haro has taken over the basement with weird things and potions? He won't let anyone down there and says it's important for our safety to stay away.
Kyra tried to go down once, it was midnight and she snuck down. She opened the doors at the entrance of the basement and stared at the wall of papers filled with stuff she couldn't understand and bottles of random liquids along with a safe sitting in a glass box. She walked over to one of the liquids in the bottle and picked it up, she swished the liquid in the container and then sat it back down as she explored more with curiosity but couldn't understand any of it, not even the writing. Haro must have heard her since he rushed in quickly and looked at Kyra immediately.
"what the hell Kyra!" Haro had shouted loudly at the time, startling her, she quickly apologized and dashed away. Haro warned her in the morning, Kyra and Willow knew to respect his privacy and stay out of his business. Today Kyra woke up and dressed in some baggy jeans and a white turtleneck shirt with a brown jacket over it. She lets her hair stay down and went to see what Willow was up to, Willow was wearing some sweatpants with a long sleeve black shirt. She was sitting on her bed looking out the window with sadness, probably about Nicole. 'Who could blame her? she lost her sister a few weeks ago..' Kyra thinks as she walks over to Willow and gives her a hug, she hates seeing her friend like this. "Hey Willow, are you alright?" Kyra asked as Willow shook her head and pulled her close. "I just want to see her again, why can't I? I miss her so--- much.." Willow said muffled as she had her hand over her mouth and tear going from her eyes onto my shirt while she hugged me.
"Oh Willow, i'm sorry and if we could have her here we would but we couldn't save her and..." I trailed off not speaking. "Shes what? " Willow asked not wanting to face reality but I needed her to realize and try to forget somehow, I knew it would hurt her and me to say it but I did. "Nicole is dead and you need to realize this sooner or later. She isn't able to be saved now and we need to move on and do what's best for all of us, please Willow It's best for you and all of us." I say breaking the hug, "I know, I know, I'm sorry. Let's just go eat or something." Willow concludes.
After breakfast we saw Haro walk downstairs, "Morning." Haro says shortly as he starts to go towards the basement. "Will you be down there doing idiotic stuff all day?" Kyra asks irritated at how all Haro does is be down there all day. "For the record yes and it is not idiotic, stop being a baby just because its private. " Haro glared at Kyra, "Why can't you just let us know what exactly you're doing down there. We are your friends and just wanna know it cant be so bad." Willow gave Haro a serious yet sorrowful look, "It's too important." Haro gave her a slight nervous smile. "Also I am not hungry-" Haro yelled as he walked down the basement steps so that I wouldn't stop him again. Me and Willow went out to the car and hopped in, we went to an abandoned mall and found a few nice shirts. most of them were fine but after seeing a few of them on the floor soaked in crimson red liquid we readied our weapons and went to the other side of the mall.
We checked the game store and picked up a few games and some cool souvenirs. we heard something fall and our heads jerked towards the direction of the sound but saw a plushy of a dog so thought nothing of it until they saw a mysterious lady approach them from the shadows.
