Benjamin slashed his sword at the asteroid he had crashed through. A wave of black energy emanated from his sword and sliced the asteroid in two.
The part where the wave had touched began to evaporate into black ash. Benjamin stared through the asteroid at Charles.
Charles looked back, completely amused at the situation. Benjamin jumped through the asteroid halves at Charles.
He slashed his sword downwards. Charles formed a shield to block the hit but found that it was ineffective. Charles was able to back away fast enough to not get hit by the edge of Benjamin's sword.
"When my sword is enchanted with necro energy I can cut through anything," Benjamin said, pointing Broken War at Charles. Charles sneered.
He whipped his sword around and rushed at Benjamin. Benjamin jumped at Charles and punched him in the face. Charles was sent flying back.
He landed on his back and slid several feet before getting up. Charles turned his sword into an ax and slammed into the ground. The ax cracked the ground and split it open.
Benjamin was too fast for this, however. He jumped at Charles and punched him in the chest, knocking him back.
Benjamin then teleported behind Charles and let him fly into his blade. Charles hit the blade and coughed up blood as he was impaled upon it.
Charles morphed the ground around him into spikes, forcing Benjamin to jump away. Benjamin only retreated several feet. Before dashing at Charles once again.
Charles transformed his ax into a spear and hurled it at Benjamin. Benjamin jumped over the spear and continued running at Charles. Charles groped more dirt on the ground and formed it into a new sword.
"Reapers edge," Benjamin said. Benjamin slashed five times at Charles. Charles whipped his dirt sword around before his own, all-black, could return to him.
Benjamin sliced through the dirt sword as though it were nothing. All-black finally returned to Charles and he was able to begin running.
Benjamin followed closely behind. I'll have to up my game if I want to end this, Charles thought. Charles stopped running.
Charles began to charge his energy. "Let's go, demonic ascension 50%!"Charles yelled. His aura appeared around him, bright white. The faintest hint of a wing appeared behind him before disappearing.
Benjamin disregarded this and lunged forward. Benjamin slashed Broken War at Charles's chest.
To Benjamin's shock, however, Charles caught the sword. "Cross slash," Benjamin said, slashing his sword 5 times.
Charles whipped out all black and used it to block the attack. Charles morphed all-black into an ax. Charles swept the area around his feet, forcing Benjamin to jump back. Charles then immediately transformed All-black into a bow.
Charles began to rapidly fire hundreds of arrows into the sky. The arrows hovered in the air like tiny little white stars before they began to rain down.
Benjamin summoned one of his shadows to block the arrows while the others fell harmlessly around him.
Charles morphed All-black back into a sword and extended it upwards. The sword pierced the surface of the asteroid far above them. Charles then used all-black to pull the asteroid down.
Charles jumped up and flew away as the asteroid got closer and closer to them. The asteroids slammed together.
"Finally," Charles sighed. His victory was short-lived when the asteroid exploded into black dust.
Benjamin came hurtling out of the dust, his aura burning black. Benjamin punched Charles in the face, carrying him into another asteroid.
Charles raised spikes out of the ground around him. Benjamin jumped up and slashed six times in front of him.
Six waves of black energy shot from the blade and cut the spikes down into harmless flat surfaces.
Charles blasted up and punched Benjamin in the gut. Benjamin quickly recovered from this and began to slash at Charles with his sword.
Charles used all-black to stop Benjamin from being able to hit his body. The two clashed swords over and over again.
Charles released a blast of energy that blasted Benjamin back. He then wrapped all black around Benjamin, binding him tightly. Charles looked triumphantly at Benjamin, panting.
"This ends here," Charles said, morphing all-black into a massive battle-ax. Charles reared the ax back and swung, aiming straight for Benjamin's neck.
Just as Benjamin was about to be decapitated, a second ax came out of nowhere and blocked the swing.
"Took you long enough," Benjamin sighed. Velena hovered beneath the both of them, holding his ax up and blocking Charles's ax. Charles released Benjamin and jumped back.
"I'm surprised that you need the both of you to beat me," Charles said, mockingly. "Those boosters Beelzebub gave me do work." Charles began to channel his aura, flooding the area around him with white energy.
"Demonic ascension!" Charles yelled. Two wings were visible on his back, pure white. Energy pulsed all around Charles.
A sudden massive pulse of energy blasted Benjamin and Velena back. Charles's eyes glowed white. He pointed at Benjamin and Velena. "I don't care how many people you team up with, I will defeat you!!!" Charles yelled. Charles charged towards the two, all-black gleaming white.
"It always ends up like this, doesn't it?" Benjamin asked. "No, this time you're with me," Velena responded with the slightest hint of a smile.
