"I love you."
Horace hadn't heard something like this from Kristyn before, he wanted to make sure his ears weren't playing jokes on him.
"Could you say that again? I don't think I heard you correctly the first time."
She giggled, pulling away from his chest.
"Here, I saved half of my chocolate for you, just to show you how much I love you."
Horace knew with the smug smile pinching upwards on her face, she was not planning on repeating herself. He leaned forward for her to feed him, better to just accept it now, he doesn't know when next she'll be sharing her sweets with him.
"I would like to record your voice saying those words, so I can listen to them over and over again."
"And you were seriously wondering why I called you a creep when we first met."
They both laughed at Kristyn's statement, it did have some truth in it after all.
