"H-how did you do that?"
"That was easy for me."
Once again Devan was made the most valuable human being by a man who was even new to his story. Devan can't deny, that his admiration has now multiplied into love for Mike. And a fact that he would immediately get, Mike couldn't possibly look at him the way he looked at Mike. For a moment, Devan was confused. Doesn't it seem like Devan is stuck in a situation that will destroy his hopes even more? So what can he do, when his life depends on that man?
"I didn't expect you to do this. Is it because of Gista's words that made you do all this?"
"Not really, I was planning on enrolling you in school yesterday. Do you remember when we went to the shopping mall? I know that you're looking at that bunch of kids in uniform with envy. You look so jealous that you stay with me all day. Even though you look really cute with pouting red lips like this," Mike teased with a pout. Devan was so embarrassed that his face blushed, and again he was amazed by his figure, does Mike care that much?
"Mike! I hit you!"
Devan's hand was raised intending to teach a lesson, even so, he couldn't shake off the happy look he had described. His lips kept smiling, even though his eyes were so hot, Devan wanted to cry.
"Just hit it. Come closer… Come closer."
"Let go! Why are you hugging me anyway?"
The second time their bodies coincided with each other. Devan tried to push his body away or push Mike away, but unfortunately, his strength would not be able to compare with Mike's big body.
"Let it be. I love hugging your tiny body," said Mike, tightening his hug even more.
"At least let me breathe."
"Well, I can't bear to see your tiny body crumble in my arms."
With a bit of disapproval, Mike let go of his embrace. His lips pursed trying to show a sulky face.
"It's not appropriate for a fierce face like you to pout his lips. Instead of feeling sorry, I was horrified," Devan joked making them both laugh. They got along so quickly, that the two bodies who were both lonely would surely feel mutual sympathy for each other. In the hearts of each of them, they hope that this friendship will not end quickly just because of one trivial matter.
"I do have many friends, they all make me feel happy with our sloppy nature or our match in madness. But after all that, my heart can never be at peace. Finally, the figure of a teenager came, and for the first time, I felt so trusted. I'm starting to love you, will you be my brother?"
Mike's words made Devan so happy. After a long time, this is the first time he feels so complete.
"Thank you, also sorry for always bothering you," Devan whispered in a serious tone.
"Why do I feel the atmosphere is so emotional, huh?"
"Don't tease me," Devan flatly tried not to cry.
"Didn't I tell you, this is not how I tease?"
Mike blinked an eye making Devan stare back with a confused face. As fast as a flash his body turned in an elegant manner, his body was slung over Mike's left shoulder making his blood rise and making him a little dizzy. His hand hit Mike's back while screaming, 'Mike…. put me down! What do you think I'm a sack of rice?"

.
.
This morning was so stressful for Devan. Time and again to looks at it in a large mirror that displays his entire body. His hand occasionally corrects the position of the uniform which he thinks doesn't look neat.
"How long are you going to stand in front of the mirror like that?" Mike asked as he came out of his bathroom. Mike yawned a little when his waking schedule suddenly became early due to the pounding on the door in his room. Not only that, Mike was stunned by Devan's actions who suddenly stood in front of his big mirror when Mike was about to go out intending to change clothes. Mike also nonchalantly changed clothes right next to Devan who seemed oblivious to his actions.
"You talk as if I was in the mirror for just an hour," Devan grumbled styling his hair for the umpteenth time.
"Almost. Even now it's half-past seven," the indifferent answer made Devan's eyes widen. His gaze shifted to the analog clock on Mike's nightstand.
"Really? Why didn't you wake me up earlier, stupid Mike!"
Devan quickly ran towards his room. Grabbed the bag and shoes that he had just removed the price tag with a rough tug.
"Look. Why am I the one to blame now?"
Mike raised his hand to see Devan who was pressed for time.
"Never mind, I don't have time to argue with you anymore."
Devan grabbed Mike's car keys and pulled the big body out of the apartment following him.
"Why do I keep doing the wrong thing, huh?"
"Mike, hurry up!" Devan grumbled as hard as he could to pull the big body faster.
"You didn't have breakfast?"
"Not enough time, hurry up!"
And finally, Devan's neat appearance had to be tainted with sweat that wet his body.
The streets on Mondays are always busier than on other days. Even the car that Mike was driving often stopped because of a motorbike that suddenly blocked his way. Devan is now feeling anxious, his lips are bitten hard with his fingers constantly tapping on the windshield.
"Sit quietly, I can't concentrate on driving," Mike warned ruffling Devan's hair.
"I'm nervous. What if no one wants to be friends with me," Devan's irrational worry made Mike roll his eyes.
"You're too much."
"You won't understand Mike," Devan irritatedly puffed out his cheeks and turned his gaze completely to the outside.
"Grumpy, Eh?' Mike coaxed by tapping Devan's narrow shoulder.
"Don't talk to me!"
"Okay," Mike replied patiently.
They were silent for several tens of minutes. Mike concentrates on overtaking at every opportunity which makes Devan have to exercise his heart every time he hits the gas, no less than Mike.
"Finish."
Mike's luxury car pulled up in front of the gate of a luxurious building with many students his age.
"You're not wrong, right? Why is this school so big?" asked Devan still gaping at the luxurious building in front of him.
"Ehm… This is the best. I used to be an alumnus at this place.
"Really? They look very classy."
Devan was made small when his gaze was now staring at almost all the students who even came in luxury cars.
"You're even more than them."
"Never mind, you don't want to be late on your first day, do you? This is for you."
Mike reached into his brown wallet which at first glance saw the appearance of many cards lined up. He snatched a few bills and gave them to Devan.
"Why so many? This is enough!" Devan replied turning over some of the money he received. Even though Devan comes from a fairly well-known family, he can't just accept Mike's excessive kindness. Even though the two of them have formed an oral bond, it doesn't cover up the fact that they are still classified as strangers.
"It's okay if the rest is in the savings."
"You're like my father now," said Devan looking at Mike full of emotion.
"Hemm… Tomorrow call me daddy if I give you money!"
"Even now, Daddy!" Devan whispered right in Mike's ear. His smile widened without knowing the effect his actions had on Mike.
"Damn! Why do I feel a little tempted by the boy?" Mike realized that he was looking at Devan who was already running into the school building.
