When leaving, Kore picked up his egg that lay there on the table. At first he wondered why Dreos didn't ask him about it, but it probably would have been a question for later. At least that would be the case if he didn't scare him with his cursed element. Dreos probably assumed that the egg was part of his element too, and for that, Kore wouldn't even need the Lie Detection Resistance because that is the case.
When he left the room, the two hodded people that were in the corner of the room the whole time looked after him. He was now in the teachers' only corridor. without a teacher. It wasn't like before, when Professor Dreos was with him. He was there alone and no one could be seen around, as the teachers were probably all busy right now. In case Kore checked his status.

Kore noticed that the amount of XP he needed to level up had doubled from last time. There were also the two stat increases he got from sending these frogs to hell. What Kore also noticed was the skill he had no time to use until now, which was under a new tab of skills. Analysis. He concentrated on it and the description of the Skill suddenly popped up.

There was nothing else there, but it still explained everything it needed to. It was actually a pretty convenient skill to have. He didn´t know how much it showed him but it had a level, so if it were to level up, it would show him more.
Getting to the actual point of him opening his status, he put all his three available stat points into Senses. When he did that, he clearly felt the sudden effect. It felt like he could hear and see better. The stat wasn't something other people had normally high anyway, so of course he felt a great difference when he put all three of them there. He was just imagining what it would feel like if he collected around ten points and then put it there, but quickly let go of that thought as he found himself spacing out and forgetting why he actually put it there.
When Kore checked around, he couldn't see or hear anyone nearby, so this was his chance to look around in this corridor. The first thing he did was get away from the place where he knew there was a teacher. That was in the room behind him. He quickly went away from there to a room opposite from it. It looked like any normal office and had nothing to do with it. Because of that, he went over to a room connected to the office.
There, he discovered another office that was somewhat similar to the one behind him. Kore looked through some files, but there wasn't much to find out. He was just happy to see that the egg liked playing robbers.

He was a bit disappointed that it´s hatching didn´t progress, but he also didn´t want it to hatch somewhere unfamiliar. He at least wanted it to happen in his room or when he was just about to kick Turb in his ass. But seeing his system message tell him about his egg brought him to another idea. He was using his analysis skills on the files to maybe find something hidden.

The system continued to display anything that was written there, but luckily, Kore had the file in his hand and was able to read it himself. He was a bit disappointed to not find anything in the office, so he decided to go to the next room that was connected to this office too.
There was, once again, another office. Kore wondered why the academy needed so many offices, but continued. He once again searched through files and put them back nicely so nobody would ever assume he was here. Kore did go into room after room, and it kind of looked like he was going around in circles, always having these offices around him. BAM! Office! BAM! Office! Everywhere there were offices. Thinking about going back he just used his Analysis skill one more time but this time on a desk in the room.

It certainly felt like he was going through a maze, but it actually was one. But why? Why would there be a maze in the academy? It all made no sense to Kore. This time, Kore used the skill on the whole room.

The system didn´t say much, but Kore had a sudden and wide grin on his face. At least, that was until he heard an unfamiliar voice.
"May I ask what a student is doing here?" An old sounding voice asked from behind Kore.
The person standing there looked down at Kore, who seemed scared. He wasn´t scared because he got caught. He could easily make an excuse for that. It was because the person was nearly sticking at him and he hadn't felt, heard, or seen anything while keeping his guard up.
