Chapter 4 - Stubborn

"Well, let's come with me!" Thomas said, followed by Ishac and Lisa. Looking around the police station with various human actions reminded Ishac of Gabriel's figure.

His best friend had the potential to make another mad with his selfish attitude. He doesn't know how many cases with women Ishac Liu has to solve. From cases of coercion to extortion, in the end, it was discovered that it was only the wits of the women close to Gabriel.

Isaac himself couldn't make a move when Gabriel gave evidence that would eventually incriminate the women in the end. Yes, Gabriel is too smart to be fooled. In fact, without difficulty, Gabriel would be happy to give her money for nothing. But, women who are close to him tend to be greedy. So, the consequences were following their purpose of approaching Gabriel.

"Why are they in the Cell, sir?" Isaac asked in surprise when he saw Gabriel being locked up in a cell from a distance.

"Because they often quarrel, there is no tiredness," said Thomas, who seemed too lazy to intercede with the two.

"Gosh, Marcia Robertson. It's always a matter of getting someone up. It seems to have become a hobby," said Lisa, who immediately patted his forehead. Lisa and her irritability read in Ishac's eyes, interesting. Gentlewoman.

"I think it's because my friend is also an annoying person, so it makes your best friend inflamed." Isaac would not defend Gabriel's attitude, which was notoriously unwilling to relent as he pleases. Ishac is understandable because he grew up in a harsh family environment.

"You're right. I also remind myself often. But, that's how it is!" Lisa said, Give up. Indeed, Marcia Robertson's attitude is not the attitude of a primarily meek doctor. Perhaps it was because of too much contact with the criminals, making Marcia Robertson's attitude more firm.

Thomas then opened their cell and invited the two to sit down to be briefed one last time.

"Alright, this is going to be good news for both of you,'' Thomas said as he typed something on his computer and printed it out.

"Please read it, and then sign." Short, solid, and to the point. Thomas looked at the expressions of the two people sitting opposite him. Full of question marks and also Marciaoyance into one. Thomas waited for the reaction of these two people, who he thought were unique and funny.

"Why, should it be me?" Gabriel asked again.

"Then, why should it also be me? My busy life is a lot, sir. My patient?" leak Marcia Robertson.

After a pause of some time, Thomas said. "Please sign Mr. Gabriel and Miss Marcia Robertson." Then Thomas was silent again and only noticed the faces of the two.

"Can't it be anything else? Guarantees, for example? I have brought my best friend to guarantee," Gabriel said again.

"There is no annullion. It's been my decision by law," Thomas replied shortly.

Gabriel and Marcia Robertson finally couldn't deny it anymore and complied with Thomas's words by signing the letter.

"What time can be reduced?" lobby Marcia Robertson with a scrutiny face.

"You're a Doctor. I think you already know the answer."

"But this is all not my fault. Why did I get punished too? This is not fair to me!"

"Alright. I will increase your hours of service."

"Noooo... Well. I give up."

"Good choice. Sign in, and then you can start tomorrow. I have access to the church side. So don't think about not carrying out your punishment,'' Thomas said firmly.

Social sanctions in Jose Maria's Church became the punishment Marcia and Gabriel received. They could have come out on bail. But Thomas wanted to help Jose Maria's Church as well. It is an excellent reason to create a society that often quarrels and disturbs public comfort.

After signing the inspection documents, Gabriel and Marcia went out, as did Isaac and Lisa.

"So, you guys are subject to social sanctions?" Isaac Liu asked.

"Yes. I accept it. It's better than being imprisoned!"

Isaac Liu, who heard it, could only take off his breath heavily. Watching Gabriel's brain ice did irritate him. But Ishac is also affectionate because she and Gabriel have been together since they were teenagers. Each of them knows their nature and character very well.

Without reprimanding, Gabriel and Marcia passed towards the parking area without saying a word. If only they had been silent just now, the punishment would not have been complicated like this.

"Just try to calm down like this earlier," Lisa said as he grabbed his car keys from the bag.

"I'm sorry. I'm angry because I have too many headaches thinking about my work."

"Then your car?" Lisa asked, sighing.

"Workshop. Paid by the old man."

"Promise me. You will take care of your behavior. You don't want this punishment to increase, do you?"

"yes... yes... I'm going to take care of the behavior." Marcia is very resentful when considering how stubborn Gabriel is, making him provoked to be his patient.

"I shouldn't have gone with the flow. Damn!" a Marcia monologue.

The next day according to the appointed time, Marcia and Gabriel came to Jose Maria Church and met their sister, Angela. Sister Angela, who served as the person in charge of implementing their social sanctions, was a woman who stayed at home for the middle of 50 years. Has sharp eyes but friendly facial expressions.

"Please sit down, Gabriel and Marcia Robertson," said Sister Angela.

"Thank you, sister," the two of them sat down.

Sister Angela provided warm tea for the three of them. Then started to open the conversation.

"I hope you guys are in good-natured condition. I know this thing is far from your shadow, maybe also a new experience. But, if you open your eyes to your heart, you can get meaning," explained sister Angela quietly and politely. Her voice was typical of Mom's voice, who had experienced the bitterness of the world. Heavy and soothing.

"Do you guys have any questions?" sister Angela asked.

"What should we do, exactly? Please explain," Gabriel politely said and lowered his voice. Even Marcia Robertson was shocked by Gabriel's calm voice.

It's very different from yesterday's situation.

"Oh, yes. I will give you your task. You guys, I regarded you as my students for a week. You can ask anything as long as it relates to the Church and your duties. Thomas was the caretaker of this Church. So he'll see you guys for sure, too."

Sister Angela took 2 files in a plastic envelope and then gave them to Marcia and Gabriel.

Marcia saw that sister Angela's office had a soothing therapeutic scent. Marcia can make sure the scent of Woods and the ocean becomes solid. The expansive windows with large sizes are displayed and become one center of vision with mid-European-style carvings. Brown is the predominant color of the room, a standard color considering the relaxed and firm atmosphere can quickly anesthetize anyone who enters it.

"Are all these tasks we will work on together, sister?" Marcia Robertson saw that points 1-7 were an everyday task she could do independently.
