The cottage was once home to Fayan. The wooden building was used as a prison for Fayan when the curse started to manifest. The King had the cottage made in three days, saying it would be better if Fayan stayed close to the temple. It was a time when no one knew what happened to him, where no one thought of the possibility of him being cursed. The cottage soon became a safety net for Fayan, it became a place he went to when he wanted to hide from the King and when he didn't want to kill people.
Now, the small cottage was where Gage lived, and where they had meetings.
Fayan circled the wooden table in the living area, kissed his teeth, and fell to the old couch before it, letting out a breath.
