Later that day, Ariana was left alone in the house. Her mother had to attend an important meeting with some of the chair boards back at her office. She didn't want to leave her all alone at home but Ariana pushed her to go because it was her job and she didn't want to be the reason why she couldn't allow her mother to miss the meeting.
"I'll be fine Mom." Ariana smiled.
"Are you sure honey?" Charlotte stressed.
"Seriously Mom. I'll be fine, I'm getting better now. Thanks to the drugs I used." Ariana smiled.
After much persuasion, her mother left. Her parents weren't due to arrive till late at night so she had the house to herself. In order to relax, she binged watched her favorite t.v programs with a big tub of ice cream and salted potato chips beside her.
This was her favorite thing to eat and Ariana paid no expense in filling her plate up with her favorite snacks. Later on, her phone gave a loud beep, indicating she had a call.
