I knew I just had to tell Ariana everything I did today. I knew that if she was in my shoes, she would probably come clean to me. But yet, I was having a hard time telling her what I did. I didn't know how she was going to take it which left me worried.
"Brandon, what's going on?" She asked.
I didn't even know how to begin and with her staring at me, it just didn't feel right to lie to her. If there was one thing Ariana deserved, it was transparency.
"I really don't know how you're going to feel when I tell you what I've been up to today." I said.
"Just say it how it is darling, I'm all ears." She smiled.
I took a deep breath, it was now or never. The only way I could come clean with her was by just telling her the whole truth and nothing but that truth.
