Julia's POV

Julia pushed the trolley while Cecilia circling her hands on Julia's arm. "What if tomorrow we are visiting your mom's graveyard?" Cecilia leaned her head on her shoulder.

Julia picked a jar of pickle on the shelf, then inspect it. "Good idea," Julia said as she puts the jar into the trolley.

The couple walked until they bumped into their neighbor. "Mrs. Salvatore! What the odd," Julia or Cecilia only give the woman a thin smile.

"I thought Cecilia will…" Julia cleared her throat. They didn't like her to disturb their night.

"Come to our house sometimes," Cecilia said, "we sometimes inviting our neighbor's or family to barbecue on Sunday. Do you want to join us?" The woman laughed with a sarcastic tone, then nod.

"I'd love to," she said, after that she leave them alone. Julia looking at her back, then they laughed.

"Oh, my God." They continue their journey, "I don't know that she tried to flirting with you," Cecilia wiped her tears, then exhale.

"Babe," Cecilia hummed. Julia stretching her muscle, then she exhales. "I want that tiramisu." They pecked each other's lips.

'"Tomorrow, okay?" Julia kissed her forehead.

The couple stopped because they saw a long queue of people in front of them. They sighed.

"Karen," Julia said. The couple approach them.

"Listen, ma'am. It's ridiculous that I stole your phone." Jula took a deep breath.

"E-excuse me, sir, ma'am. What's wrong?" Julia questioning the both participants in front of her.

She wants as soon as to go home because Max was waiting for them. Beside of that, she has a meeting with her capos to expand their territory.

"This lady over here accuses me to pick-pocketing her, man. Ain't doing that," Julia picked her phone.

"I'm not accusing you! I can't find my phone inside my handbag!" Julia looking at their surrounding, and again.

She couldn't find a store clerk. Julia took a deep breath. "D-do you want my wife to call your number phone?" Cecilia asked. Julia pulled aside their trolley, then pulled them to let other people to walk past them.

She snatched Julia's phone. Julia rubbed her wife's back. "Why were you married to a girl next to you?" Julia closed her eyes and clenched her fist.

"I love her," Julia said.

No one talked because she looking at her handbag and search to her bag. A muffled phone ring heard from inside her bag.

She picked the phone and everyone surround them in relieved. The black man who accused left, and the woman apologized.

Julia looking at her wife, with a light shoulders, then they walked to the cashier to pay their groceries. "Hey, what if we check our blog later? Do you have a meeting with your capos tonight?" Julia took a glance at her while she put the groceries on the cashier.

"Yes, but they can wait." Julia said. Now, she married with the great-granddaughter of Montella clan, Maria Montella. She should never disappoint her or she will be dead on her hand.

"Hey, you the lady earlier!" Julia and Cecilia looked at the man earlier.

Julia held the Black Man's hand, then she smiled. "Don't need to, bro. We can afford this, don't worry," Julia gave her platinum cards.

"I'm sorry, ma'am. We did not accept foreigner bank for the time being," she said.

Julia picked her card. She forgot that she's in the low-residence neighborhood of New York. The black man earlier took the opportunity, and he gave his credit card to the cashier.

"I owe you one, man. It's fine," Julia gave him her business card.

"This is my wife, Cecilia Salvatore," Julia introduce her wife, then she took a deep breath. "My wife, and my kids waiting inside the car," Julia nods.

Julia put her hand inside her jeans. "I thought you were single," Cecilia slapped Julia. "What?" She rolled her eyes.

Julia grabbed their groceries, then thanked the man. "Don't need to, Mrs. Salvatore. I owe you man," The couple bit their farewell to the black man earlier.

Julia and Cecilia walked to their car with hand tangled each other. "I'm mad," Cecilia said as she crossed her arms. Julia sighed. Julia put her arms around her waist. "Your preference again this month, mixed with Italian classic flavor?" Cecilia ignores her by humming.

Her heart was full of joy since Julia was always there for her, but she did not exactly mad at the Lady Salvatore. Cecilia only wants to taunt her wife.

"What if…." Julia's words cut by one of Mazzetti's henchmen approaching her with a brown paper bag.

Julia grabbed the paper bag. Then they continue. She took out the contains inside the paper bag.

There's a book, and she sighed. Another package. "Babe," Cecilia hummed. "What if we are going on an adventure a little? You said you wanted to know how mafioso works, right?" Cecilia squeezed Julia's waist then she looks at her.

"Thank you," Julia furrowed her brow. "You let me follow you, babe." Julia strokes her hair, then kissed her cheek.

"It's dangerous, babe." Julia said, "or I will drop you off first?" Maria will kill her if she involved her great-granddaughter. The couple walked to their car.

"No, I want to know, Julia!" Cecilia looked at her with a puppy eyes. Cecilia might be blind, but Julia won't let her wife walking without tangling their hands together.

Julia sighed. "Fine." Cecilia cheered. Julia will get beaten by Maria. Julia puts the groceries on the backseat of her car, then she closed the door. She walked to the driver's seat and gets in.

She started the engine. "So, what is that stuff?" Julia took a glance at her wife, then she sighed. She shook her head. "Am I broke your rules?" Julia can't hide her concern for her wife anymore.

"Honestly, your Nonna told me I shouldn't involve you in la stessa notra, or anything what I did in the underworld." Julia said.

Cecilia's POV

Cecilia grabbed her wife's arm, then she took a deep breath. "I'm sorry, Julia. I didn't know." Julia pulled over the car, then she looked into her wife's eyes.

Cecilia touched Julia's face. "No, you don't have to apologize, babe. You are my wife now." Julia said. Julia kissed her fingers.

Cecilia hunched. "I-it's that dangerous for you?" She asked.

Julia nods her head. "Well, you want to know, right?" Cecilia nods. Julia take a u-turn then she stopped her car. "Don't tell your Nonna about this, promise? She will kill me if you did." Cecilia laughs, then she cupped Julia's face.

"Pinky swear," she said as their pinky finger tangled to each other.
