Julia's POV
Julia opened the door for Cecilia. "Watch your head," she instructed her. Their relationship getting better since Cecilia forced her to tell the truth.
Julia in other hand, keeps working as a manager to saving for her wife. "Where were we?" Julia smiled as she closed the door and did not answer. Julia grabbed her hand and guide her.
"My mom," she said.
The couple walking to the entrance with tangled their hand. Julia gripping her hand tight and took a deep breath. Her hand was shaky and cold, sweat dripping from all over her body. "Julia, what's wrong?" Cecilia asked. Julia took a glance at her wife and gave her a thin smile.
Julia took a deep breath and kissed her hand. "It's been a while since I'm here," she said as she looks at her left hand. "When I'm visiting her, it's when she died. After that, I have never visited her since." Julia said.
The couple stops in front of a massive stone and Julia lifts her head, then grim. "We are already in front of Salvatore's graveyard." Julia put Cecilia's hand on the stone.
Cecilia's POV
Cold, dirty, and rough, that's what she describes as Salvatore's tombstone. Julia wiped her hand with her handkerchief. "Mom, Nonna, Nonno, I'm here," Julia said as she wiped Cecilia's hand. Cecilia waits for Julia to finish her talk to her ancestors. "I'm here with my wife, Cecilia Salvatore and…" She pet her back.
"It's okay, Julia. Take your time." Cecilia reassuring her until she can calm.
"…Lizzia Nonna takes over Salvatore clan, Nonno Darius. I'm sorry" Cecilia sighed. She patted her wife's shoulder to reassure her.
"Julia... it's not your fault." Cecilia took a deep breath.
Julia's POV
Julia wiped her tears, and then she put a bouquet in front of the giant tombstone. She took a deep breath, "Julia," she looked at her right, "let's go home, I think…" before Cecilia could finish her words, Lizzia and her henchmen already stood in front of them.
"Julia, Cecilia," Lizzia looking at the couple cynically. "What are you doing here!?" she asked.
"Why? I can't visit my mom?" Julia said with a grating tone.
Cecilia pet rubbed her back. "Julia, stop!" Cecilia lower her tone, but Julia did not listen to her wife. Lizzia walking pass by Cecilia's left side.
"I thought you will ask me for help, Julia, and you come back, then you will marry to a man that I choose for you," Lizzia put the black rose on the side of their white rose, "but you choose to a bitch that killed my son, Vito!" Julia clench her fist puffin' her chest, and closed her eyes. She wants to kill the woman in front of her, but unfortunately, she already promised to her wife.
She took a deep breath and exhale. For her, it's a waste for her to explain to her Nonna. "Babe, don't listen to her words. You already knew what happened to my Nonno, and who killed him, right?" Julia cupped her cheek and kissed her forehead.
Julia ignores her Nonna like she's not there and invisible from her eyes. Julia grabbed her hands and grabbed the white cane from her hand. "What…" her words cut because Julia put her finger in front of her lips.
"Don't listen to the devil! Whenever she tried to frighten you by her words, don't listen to her! You are my love, my life and everything!" Julia kissed her forehead and cheeks.
Julia and her henchmen describing her Nonna by The Devil with Prada or something like that. Inside her heart, she knows. Her Nonna has a grudge, but she didn't know what is it. "Babe, I'm hungry." Cecilia hugged her waist and leaned her head on the shoulder.
The couple walking past her Nonna and her henchmen with ease. Lizzia stomping her feet because Julia ignores her again. Julia stopped and looked at her surrounding, "someone called my name?" Julia pretends to shiver. "I think it's a ghost. Let's go, babe. I don't want to take long queue," she said as the couple walked to their car.

Julia put the tray on the table, then sit in front of her as he put Cecilia's order in front of her. "So, what you want to do next?" Julia took a glance at her wife and unwrap the aluminium foil.
"I want to calculate the monthly expenses of our coffee shops, Montella Syndicate, and our family, then we read your blog." Julia took a bite and looked at her. "You want to go somewhere?" Julia took a bite again.
Cecilia nods. "I want to go to the amusement park! We haven't dated since…" she rubbed her cheek, "…I don't remember," Julia hummed.
"Okay then, we go to the Disney Land," Julia said.
Cecilia choked. "What the fuck," she said "are you nut!? It's in California! Besides…" she took a deep breath, "…expensive," Cecilia hunched.
Julia grabbed her hand and stroked her hair. "Maybe one day, when my Nonna goes back to her home, I will bring you there." Julia's hand move to her cheek.
They continue their lunch. Julia, who already finished her meal she observed her wife with a thin smile draw on her face. It's already been a year since their marriage was unexpected by them. As the time goes by, they finally opened their heart.
Although they argue a lot, but they respect each other's opinion. Julia grabbed her hand. "babe," Cecilia hummed. Julia sit next to her, but suddenly she looked at the door and saw a two men enter the diner with a gun in their hand followed by a sound of sirens.
Julia hide her wallet and phone under the sofa and she did the same to Cecilia's purse. "Tony, are…" One of the man shoot the ceiling.
Julia hide Cecilia under the table, she reassure her wife and stroked her hair. "Hey, you! Stand up!" He pulled Julia.
"Dude! Calm down! She's my wife! She has PTSD! Did you want to go to hell!? Her dad was a commissioner. He will make sure you will facing death sentence." Julia tried to make him believe. She stared at him and crossed her hand on the chest.
"Who are you?" The man asked.
"It doesn't matter who am I," He slapped her face, then he left the couple alone. Julia sits next to the Cecilia.
"Babe," Cecilia's wobbly voice makes Julia hastily sit next to her.
