Dawn watched as trees flew past, it almost being a blur, with only having glimpses of the figures. His vision then lowered to the lines, watching them be solid, then break apart, then be solid once again. "Are you okay?" A voice broke through the silence. Dawn looked in the side view mirror, staring at his aunt Flora. "I'm fine. Just tired." Dawn then moved his vision back outside, watching fields of dry grass and trees go by, powers lines almost seeming in sync. Up and down, up and down. "I know you, Dawn. Something is wrong with you." Flora said as she looked in the rear view mirror, seeing a glimpse of a glare from Dawn. "My parents died, and I almost died. You expect me to be normal? Like nothing happened?" The boy then looked at his hands, "besides, you haven't seen me in years. You don't know me." With that, it ends with an awkward silence, music quietly playing on the radio, just enough for Dawn to hear a few faint lyrics.
Flora's car soon pulled to a stop, in front of a house. Dawn's Parents' house. The boy instantly shook his head. "I am not going back in there!" He demanded, covering his eyes in fear. Flora instantly opened the door, Dawn not realizing she exited. "I know, I know. I'm sorry. But this will have to do. Until I get a place!" Flora told Dawn, wrapping her arms around him. Dawn's nails sinked info Flora's skin, causing blood to run out. "No! No! I refuse!" Cried Dawn, his aunt dragging him out of the car. "Clam down! You will make your stitches burst!" "No!".
A sudden gush of a small amount of blood leaked onto Flora's arm, making her cringe in disgust. The woman dragged the boy into the house, laying him on the floor. "Lay here, and don't move!" Scolded Flora, before rushing off to find a med kit. The terrified teen laid there, eyes wide with tears running down his slightly blood covered face. As the boy laid there, his mind starts to wander into the killing night. Him laying there as he watched his best friend walk out, a grin across his face. How his blood boiled at the thought, seeing his best friend enjoy watching him die. Dawn's hands turned into fists, his non hurt arm reaching up and covering his ear, with his other hand covering his other ear. Dawn curled into a ball, like a whimpering dog that's just been beaten. He laid there as he revived such a terrible experience.

"He has PTSD," said the psychologist, Zeus, leaning back into his chair. "PTSD?" Flora asked, looking at Dawn, "but how? Is it cause of the killing?". "The killing night correct? Many people get PTSD from the story alone..though I think they are faking it." Hummed Zeus, flinging his pencil back and forth. Dawn sat there, fiddling with his cast hand, his leg constantly bouncing like a kid waiting for Santa. "He might also have anxiety and depression, based on what he told. Though it is too soon to tell, since it's been only a month," grumbled Zeus as he wrote on a ripped piece of paper. "A month..A month since they died. Since I moved into that damned house." Thought Dawn, shaking his head before turning to Zeus. "I know what you think. Me saying I see hallucinations? Feeling sad? Anxious? You must think I'm sick in the head! But I'm not. My parents are trying to tell me something!" Yelled Dawn, his eyebrows furrowing in frustration.
Ever since both Dawn and Flora moved back into the house after a month of hospitalization, Dawn claimed he has been seeing figures. Figures of his parents, them whispering in his ear. Though, every time he couldn't hear what they were saying. "Many people say it. Then they disappear," Zeus leaned in near Dawn, reaching his hand over and snapping his wrinkled fingers, "just like that. Crazy is gone.". Dawn gritted his teeth, veins popping around his head in frustration. "Fuck you! Old bastard-!" "Enough! Dawn." Snapped Flora, grabbing his arm as he stood. The boy only huffed, looking at his aunt as Flora starts dragging him out of the room saying, "thank you for your time, but we will be leaving!" Dawn glared at the old man, a grin appearing across Zeus's face, waving his bony fingers as they turned the corner. "I can't believe you embarrassed me like that!" Flora complained towards Dawn, yanking him to the car. Dawn only ignored the lady.
