Ryan looked at the lights that beautify the city of New York from the window of the plane he was flying in. Taking a deep breath, Ryan squeezed the armrest on his chair.
"Now you're home, Ryan," said Collin, who sat across from Ryan.
Ryan laughed softly in response to Collin's words.
"Are you okay, man?" Collin asked.
Ryan raised an eyebrow. "Oh, of course. They didn't hurt me. How about you?"
"The wounds have disappeared without a trace. But my question to you is not about yesterday's detention," Collin said.
"Then?"
"Matthew and Lily are engaged. You must not be all right. Your face can't lie," Collin replied.
Ryan laughed softly. "You are quite a sensitive person. Lily has loved Matthew from the start. There is nothing else I can do about the engagement.
Collin leaned over and patted Ryan's arm. "Chill, Bro. You'll get another woman. You're a good man."
"Thanks, Col." Ryan smiled at Collin's words.
