The whole atmosphere had me thinking about the worse of things.
A car was coming behind me but I did not bother with it at all as I had placed my hope on my cat and I did not want to let my mind wander too much.
"Do you want a ride?" it was the familiar voice of the king's brother. The last thing I wanted after what happened earlier was to be close to his brother. The two of them were the weirdest creatures in this world, well, excluding the colorful cats.
"No, I don't," I replied although I was grateful a being closest to a human was close to me it did not do a good job of easing my thoughts about the atmosphere it made it different from the lost alone on a planet vibe it was giving at first.
"You don't have any means of transportation but you are refusing my offer?" he asked in clear disbelief he must be wondering how crazy I was to refuse the offer but he could keep it, I don't want.
