It was about 9 a.m., when something arrived at the gates of the mansion.
It was a Samoyed puppy,
The little ball of fur was barely a foot tall. She was looking around everywhere in the hands of the man who was in a uniform with the tag of a handler.
To be exact, it was the one dog that Swara said she found to be the cutest, when they were browsing for pets.
She looked at the sisters in astonishment, and while Phyllis had the same expression, Alma was grinning smugly.
Swara took it in her arms, or rather, her, as was listed on the website. "What? When? Did you already know I would choose her?"
Alma laughed, "I wish I was that good Swara, but I bought her last night."
"What? Then how did it arrive so soon?" Swara was astonished again.
Alma grinned, again, "You're forgetting that we're all rich."
"Right, so what are we going to name her?" She asked, handing the little pup to Phyllis, whose eyes had been glued to it since its entrance.
"You guys decided, it's yours, you know, present from us." Alma said, handing her back to Swara.
It was dangerous to let such a cute thing exist near Phyllis, it could be that she would ask to keep the Samoyed for herself.
Surprisingly, she did no such thing, instead, she let it go very easily.
Then Alma's phone ringed. It was her dad, they talked for a minute, not as a hologram but in the simple old way of putting the phone to your ear, after which Alma told Swara that they had to go and left in a hurry.
Then she turned back, held Phyllis, who was walking towards the stairs to the second floor, and lifted her like a princess so that she would be unable to run away, and then she left the mansion in their car.
Swara talked with the handler for quite some time. Learning and noting a lot about the cute piece of fur. At the end, he added the information of the company to her phone with his card. He also gave her most of the stuff that would be used to take care of the pet and told her that it was paid for too.
It was the company's policy that everything about the pets had to be told in person at least once to make sure that the customer understands the responsibilities that come with owning a pet.
Of course, they would call and visit from time to time to make sure everything was fine.
After he left, she took her to the kitchen and gave her the dog food in as much amount as she had been instructed to.
She watched as the furry animal with its big black eyes slowly slowly ate the food in front of her.
When she finished eating, Swara saw that it was about 10:30 a.m. now, so she started heading towards her room, the little girl still with her.
She was very docile and timid, she wouldn't even bite her.
She played with her for a while and then started thinking about a name for her.
"Hmm, Pixie?" she said to the cute pup, but she just stared at her.
Swara scratched her head, "Daisy?" but her black eyes just blinked and started looking around itself again.
{I'm gonna call Gracie, she would know some good names.}
She called her and said "Hello Gracie! Ho..." but she was cut off with a WOOF!
"What was that?" Grace asked, but Swara was all she could see, well, because she was blocking the view.
"Nothing! I'll talk to you later. Bye Gracie!"
WOOF!!
{I guess the name's decided then.} She thought as she started walking towards the door to meet Grandpa Liam and ask him for help in keeping the pet.
According to what Grandpa Liam had told her, they used to have a dog when she was 4 years old.
She didn't have any memory of it, but she was sure that Aunt Disha must have cried a lot when the dog died.
She opened the door and saw Gagan standing in front of her.
He looked at her, and then at the puppy in her hands and said, "Awww... it's so cute."

Author's Note: I would say that the pet handler was a real professional to give her the company's information instead of his own phone number.
