I could hear Dylan screaming my name in the room so, I quicken my pace. I know that I would get a lot of trouble. It doesn't matter my mind was set straight
I immediately ran through the corridors and held the car keys tightly. I arrived at the garage and used his keys to unlock the car I sat at the driver seat. I started the car then left the rest house
The real reason that I didn't slept at the car despite being so tired was I tried to memorize the roads and turns. So I knew that I won't at least get lost on my way
I drive across town to see my father. I wanted to at least make things clear for me and him

Dylan who was still tied up in the head board groan rougher than sandpaper. He couldn't believe that she did that. He ecerted force breaking the head board and freeing him with his own necktie.
He stared at the piece of cloth in his hands and sighed. He never thought that would be her reaction.
"She just tamed me as if I was a dog" Dylan said and threw the necktie on the floor
He tried finding her in the house but there was no single soul left. He then tried finding his car keys but he couldn't find it either
Now that the pieces of the puzzle were attached on his head. He immediately run through the garage finding that his car was gone
"Damn it! How dare she that troublesome woman! No one treats me like this!" Dylan yelled in anger and collided his hand on the nearby table
"How would I live my life like this?"

I arrived at my house and passed through the gates. I turned off the engine of my car and went through the main entrance of our mansion
I immediately pushed it with all of my might. The maids eyes widen seeing me. All of them could already sense fiery anger in me. They flinched and didn't move at their place
"Uhm t-the ma-master is ha-having din-dinner" I heard one of them said while stuttering
I took a few steps towards the dining area but, the brave maid prevented me from doing so. I glare steak knives at her. Her face darken in fear then retreated her figure hiding at a nearby pillar
She ran away like mouse nearly caught in the lion's den. I took a few strides to the dinning area and kicked the door
I saw my father peacefully eating his food. His back was facing me but, he still continued ignoring my presence
"He told me everything" I said
The knife he was holding fell on his plate with a clatter. He then turned his head connecting our gaze.
"And?" he asked with disinterest in his tone
"You sold me for her mistakes?" I slammed my hand on the table
"How can she loan money without consulting us. It's all her fault! Why is she that gallible to be swindled like that! We lost so many money and even resulting for me to get marr-" I felt a sharp pain at the side of my cheek. Causing me to fall of the floor
I held my cheek lightly feeling that it would bruised later. I stared at my father he had a furious expression. His hand was slightly raised obvious that he was the one who harmed me
"Don't ever dishonor my daughter like that!" he said and pointed his his finger at me. He was looking down at me
I felt an excruciating pain inside my chest. I tried my utmost strength not to shed a single tear.
"I am also your Daughter!!" I yelled at the top of my lungs
"Your no longer my daughter. Your not Alex Herman anymore. Your his wife Alex Hawkins" he snarled and glared at me with pure anger
My mind went blank at those words left his mouth. I properly stood up and held the car keys tightly in my hands. I went straight to the place were I entered
I was stopped by a sharp tone
"You shouldn't drive at that state you might get into an accident" I heard my mother spoke behind me. I then turned around
"So you now care? Don't worry I can manage" I blankly said, then went straight to the car and left
I drive the car to a familiar road. It wasn't filled with vehicles since, it's already getting late. I arrived at the place
It was a pier that I always went to when I couldn't handle anything when I needed a place to clear my thoughts. It was mostly abandoned no one really comes
At the end of the pier was a small bench. I place my hand on the backrest then sat down. I hugged both of my knees while I stare at the ocean. The moon was also reflecting the water
Since I was alone at the dim light of the stars. Tears slowly starting to fall down my cheeks. I broke down and started crying my heart out
I scream in pain for everything I suffered from that household. To an icy cold toxic household that I spent half of my life.
I tried to wipe my tears but I suddenly felt pain. I tried touching and I felt a bruise starting to form in my face
I curled my body at the benched from the cold of the ocean breeze. It wasn't my first time sleeping here. I didn't want to go back at the rest house because, I know Dylan would be there. I don't want to be greeted with his rage because, of what I have done to him before leaving
So, I decided to sleep here in this place is much nicer than a 5-star hotel
The silent waves, the soft cold breeze and the stars in the sky can already help me drift into slumber. I close my eyelids
I need to rest
