After looking at the state of the city, I decided not to give a fuck about them. I can drop dead right now and the world will continue to move forward. I stopped caring about public opinion a long time ago, I just needed to brush up on that skill.
Now to rob Knossos blind.
I had found an entrance to the accursed place. Scouting around the location for last few weeks gave me a clear idea of who was using this entrance/exit, and who I could expect inside.
I brought out my entire golem platoon. All decked out in the best enchanted steel armour possible. A vast majority of them were hovering version of their regular counter parts. Imagine the holy union of a tank, attack helicopter, and a trigger happy Marine, floating a metre off the ground, and it has enough firepower to level the city in a few hours. I have 9 such machines. I also have 31 scout drones. Armed with a machine gun and sensor suite, they are my first line of defense in any situation. Then there are my crusaders, 4 legs and 4 arms, they make up the mainstay of my current golem army. I plan on converting half of these to hover or aerial drones. The 4 arms are currently loaded out as such. Left bottom; tower shield. Left top; 30mm grenade launcher. Right top; M2 .50cal machine gun. Right bottom: spear. I have 50 of these guys.
Feeling like this operation was long overdue, I sent the entire force into Knossos. Their objective. Exterminate everything with a heat or magic signature. I followed about a 100 metres behind. Live feeds being projected directly into my HUD. I was going to rob this place bottom up. I causes a sinkhole, not my problem.
Majority of the people I've been tasked to exterminate use Knossos and Daedalus street as their meeting place. I simply wanted to be done with them. There was a race of sentient monsters, Xenos, I really didn't give 2 shits about them either. If they're smart, they'll run away. Otherwise, here's a Darwin award.

'What is that madman doing?!'
I immediately, sent out Fels and the guild to warn the residents of Daedalus street, the Xenos, and the adventurers in the dungeon.
The residents of Daedalus street were told to evacuate, once. The guild employees were sent off with this warning. The distrust and hatred both side felt towards each other clearly showing.
The Xenos, were told to hide in the dungeon. Knossos was being raided by a madman. Fels took care of this. They were actually quite receptive and thankful for the warning. In less than an hour, you wouldn't find them unless you knew the dungeon like the back of your hand.
Fels also took care of the adventures in the dungeon. Freya familia was told to police the exit of Rivera. Ganesha and Loki familia to police the exit.
Anybody escaping from Knossos would be turned over the Cassius. The man was on the warpath. Better to use him as an executioner than let the criminals escape.
I can use this as leverage to have him join my familia. I need an executioner. I don't know what he sees in Hermes. Keeping away from Orario for a year. He doesn't know but Asfi, and Falgar have a way to contact Hermes from halfway around the world. It was not a coincidence that he was told to remain in Zorya. He wanted to "nurture" this Bell Cranel. Honestly, I don't think he is a hero. He's more a sacrificial pawn, being groomed to kill the Black Dragon. If he dies in the process great. If he dies later "due to his injuries" even better.
That boy needs someone to back him up. And Hestia, the naïve girl, doesn't realise the games that are afoot. Cassius on the other hand is someone who simply flips the board then sets fire to it.
All I can do for now is wait and watch.

What are those things!? They've killed half of us already. We didn't hear so much as a peep from them approaching. Then all of a sudden, a loud mechanical roar was heard and half of the people in this place were killed. What's worse, the things did not stop spitting flames. Each flash represented someone dropping dead. I hid behind a stack of crates to protect myself.
'Why is it so hot?'
Picking my head up from between my knees, I saw the crates I was hiding behind on fire. I got up to run...

The drones are doing a good job. They are also learning. I had to direct them a few times in the beginning. But now, I can honestly send them off into the dungeon proper to collect materials and resources for me.
'Oh great idea! Note to self, make mining, collector and harvesting drones. Honestly that is an oversight on my part.'
The best part about this whole massacre? I still get excelia. Yep, since I made the drones and they are following my orders, I get the excelia. I get about half the excelia since the drones use a part of it the self-repair and to replenish ammo.
At this point, I can honestly just let the scout drones loose and they will handle everything. They are completely silent and invisible. They get into position before launching an attack. The enemy usually doesn't know what happened. A saw a lot of corpses with serene looks on their face, or what was left of their faces.
All in all, I figure this whole expedition will take me about a month.
*2 Months later*
The clearing of Knossos was done in 3 days. The rest of the time was spent robbing the place. Honestly where did these fuckers get so much admantite and orichalcum? I now have a few hundred tons of admantite and a 38 tons of orichalcum.
On another note, my reward for the elven mission was the Will of 300 armour.
My Spear of The Fallen and Shield of The Line, were no longer enchanted with their original enchantments. I had to not only re-forge but re-enchant them, without the whole needing the blood of the enemies thing to work. Now it simply strengthens the artifact. With the armour the entire Spartan look was complete.
The synergy between all the artifacts is insane. I can fight for days on end. I don't feel hunger, or the need for sleep as long as I am in combat. With my training and mistrust of new people is always. Taking the armour off however, I simply pass out for a day or two. I then wake up ravenous and thirsty.
All in all I was happy with it, I would only sleep in areas heavily warded by me. Not only that, I put a few gods and goddesses to sleep and drained about a litre of their blood. Now anyone carrying divine blood is immediately bound by anti-god shackles, and sent to the basement. Depending on the gods' personality and if they are on my list, I either take a bit of their blood before letting them go or strap a brick of C4 to them and launch them into over Logog lake in a rocket. It blows up in a safe environment and I am further along in completing my chain quest.
The only reason robbing Knossos took so long was that I was filling in the empty sections with sand and then transmuting the sand into stone. Apparently, not enough people on Daedalus street evacuated. Despite the sounds of constant explosions, morons. Fels was the one to give me Ouranos' message. By that point in time, I had time to think tings through, and I would hunt the people on my list on my own time. And they were probably the ones to run away at the first sign of trouble. The only people left were those with nowhere else to go.
I also found all the entrances connecting to the dungeon proper. I broke the wards and robbed the doors and precious metals from there as well. I found an Eye if Daedalus. I kept one and destroyed any others I came across.
All in all it was a good haul, my drones were field tested and Knossos was no longer a problem. I was told to leave a way for the Xenos to exit the dungeon. I left an exit on the 12th floor, the mist would hide movements of large groups.
*A few days after I got back from robbing Knossos*
{Mission Alert
Mission: Group Building Exercise.
A world infested with zombies, a perfect place to get to know each other and build teamwork. Note: Whitebeard will be restricted to 10% of his power. Odin will be restricted to 5% of his power.
Objective: Build teamwork.
Objective: Destroy the zombie hordes.
Optional: Save the remaining humans.
Rewards: TBD, based on individual and team performance.
You have 30 days to prepare. Time will stop in your world until the mission is complete.}
What the actual fuck? I thought the Chat-group was simply for exchanging information. Now we're supposed to fight zombies?
Wait, if it's a team building exercise, it's not that hard to kill zombies, but the sheer number of them will be the problem. Also I don't know if they are the slow meandering types or the faster types. Whatever, Just blow shit up and see what happens.
*30 days later*
The past 30 days have been hectic for everyone, even Odin. Basically our heavy hitters will be severely restricted once we are on the mission. We also don't know where we will land. So everyone is gathering supplies to survive on their own for at least 12 months.
I had no restrictions placed on me, which I was initally happy about, then realized how hopelessly outmatched I was compared to everyone else.
The timer for transporting us to the zombie world was counting down.
