A handsome young man in his school uniform sat leisurely in the back seat of the black Mercedes. Leaning against the seat's back rest with his eyes closed, Sun Li Jun had his arms crossed.
One could spot wired earbuds in each of his ears which were plugged in to nothing but air down there.
Listening to non-existent music from the earbuds, he was apparently trying to annoy a pretty lady who wouldn't just stop nagging at him from the front seat.
"Li Jun, you gotta stop picking a fight with your classmates. And fix that temper of yours as well.
How many times has it been already? Last time, it was with a bunch of school bullies. This time, with a classmate who is a rank D ability user? Don't tell me that you're just deliberately seeking for your own death or something.

Her constant nagging could kill one's ears. Even, her husband who was serving as a driver today, started accelerating the car and drove even faster.
Mister Sun was driving his son back to his apartment right now. His homeroom teacher made Sun Li Jun take a day off and reflect on his own mistakes, that's why.
Mister Sun might not be used to this noisy version of his wife. However, it was a different story for Sun Li Jun. As he always made sure to pick fights almost every other week, Sun Li Jun was already immune to her naggings by now.
With things going this way, it sure was a miracle that he still didn't get expelled from that damn school though.
At first, Sun Li Jun had his eyes closed just to annoy his mother if she happened to take a glance at his reflection from the rear view mirror. But now, he even started to feel like nodding off for real.
It was then a sudden phone ringtone interpreted the irritated madam Sun, prompting the young male's sleepiness to wear off for a couple of seconds.

"Yes, this is mister Sun speaking. "
"A dozen plus panther-type monsters near the time tower? Around rank B? "
Mister Sun hesitated for a moment and made eye contact with his wife. Just this morning they had finished clearing a black portal. Now, here came another task. Being an ability user was quite tough though.
Everyday, they had to take care of several monsters intruding into their respective districts. Plus, there were also occasional black portals popping out from time to time. On days when members of Sorcerer Guild decided to stretch their nerves a bit in the city, it was already guaranteed for poor ability users that they were not going to get a wink of sleep for that night.
"Well... it's not that far from here though.....

After Mister Sun had ended the call, the interior of the black Mercedes was suddenly developed by absolute silence. Madam Sun stopped nagging. Only a sigh of resignation could be heard from her.
"I'll go with you. A dozen of rank B monsters is no small deal."
Just as she finished her sentence, the car came to an abrupt halt right in front of a magnificent 20-story apartment. Sun Li Jun instantly got out, grabbing his backpack beside.
"Bye mom, Bye dad. Have fun with your adventure. "
Briefly waving his hand, Sun Li Jun walked away only to hear madam Sun shouting.
"Mom will send butler Qi to your apartment. Let him heal your wounds, okay?"
Only by then did Sun Li Jun glance down, realizing he had been hobbling with an injured leg.
'God bless that damn motherfucker.'
The young male inwardly wished the culprit responsible for his wounded leg, a good health and gave a docile reply to his mom without so much as turning around.
"Then, just let him sleep in front of my apartment. I'm not letting him in."

A series of doorbell notifications rang from the entrance. However, Sun Li Jun showed no sign to bother to open it. Due to the loud volume of the news, he could barely hear continuous doorbell notifications though.
Leisurely seating himself on the sofa, Sun Li Jun tossed a chewing gum into his mouth. He then started carelessly treating his wounds with bandages and plasters in the first aid kit.
His family butler Qi is a rank A healer type ability user. Apparently, letting this butler treat his wounds was a better option. But, Sun Li Jun didn't because of a particular reason.
He was waiting for the butler to bribe him...
Sun Li Jun was willing to accept any bribe that had something to do with popular VR games. Trending game headsets, game helmets, gaming cockpits.....anything that had something to do with games, satisfied him.
However, today, Sun Li Jun was resolutely determined not to let the butler in unless butler Qi brought that very thing he'd been longed for quite a while.
