Chapter 57 - The closeness of the two families
Duke Elrica suspected the intention of them coming because Duke Leon only said they came to visit and play.
"What will you do if we don't let you in there?" asked Ronan, probing.
Jase didn't know what to answer. He had just become a spy for Darren, and only Darren knew that goal. The atmosphere tensed up after listening to the questions Ronan asked the two of them.
Darren looks normal. He prefers to enjoy the food that is in front of him. Darren himself wonders why his current appetite is so high. However, it doesn't make him fat.
Jase glanced at Darren to immediately respond to Ronan's question because they had been waiting for an answer from both.
"How can you not give permission when you don't ask why we read in the Bedros family library?" Darren asked back.
For a moment, the place was silent.
