Chapter 61 - Last night
"What is it?" he asked while fixing the hanging glasses.
"Something happened in the main room," she said again in a nervous tone.
"The knights barged into the mansion with Mr. Ronan," she continued.
The butler immediately stood up from where he was sitting and left the room. Ronan quickened his pace. Their roaring footsteps and the traces of them stepping on a pile of snow made the carpet of the mansion that was held wet. In addition, their iron shoes also carry the rest of the mud and soil, leaving traces of dirt sticking to them.
The butler was already standing at one of the bedroom doors, preparing to welcome Ronan and the knights.
"Good evening, Mr. Ronan," the butler greeted.
"Good evening, Ron," answered Ronan quickly.
"Open the door," said Ronan.
"Ok, sir," said the butler obediently.
Two female servants grabbed each other's doorknobs and opened the large door at their master's command.
