Darren squinted his eyes and saw clearly what was happening in front of him, and Jase swallowed hard. After witnessing the incident, everyone who came forward answered honestly to Ronan's question.
The knight who received the torment had not died, yet his breath still seemed out of breath. Fortunately, the curse received did not spread among the people.
All the knights had already lived one of their nightmares, and the remaining four knights who accompanied Ronan yesterday and Jase and Darren had not had their turn. The six balls floated upwards to determine the strongest Mana to interrogate and receive the heaviest punishment if they lied.
