"That's okay, Mrs. Chanda. I am really sorry. You helped me a lot." Marigold was indeed grateful for the old woman.
"Don't be ashamed. Okay? I will call my assistant now. Bye" Mrs. Chanda beamed when she already ended Marigold's call. Few minutes later, she dialed Liu's number. her lady assistant who was away with her because she's taking her master's degree.
"Hello, Liu? Are you busy tonight? Did I disturb you in your studies?" Mrs. Chanda began upon calling her former maid and assistant.
"Ma, I'm fine. I finished reviewing one subject. And for tomorrow, we're going to have a quiz," Liu politely answered.
"I'd like to ask a favor. It's not for me, but for someone who's a close friend of mine. If you can go to her location, please go as soon as possible," Mrs. Chanda pleaded.
"No problem. My car is working fine so I could take your friend from her location."
