Before the family breakfast was over, Marigold's phone rang and she was shocked to see who's calling at her—Raymart Javiera!
She groaned and stood up, which made her parents look at her with curiosity.
"Why did you look like you're in a hurry?" Mrs. Cruz asked.
"Maybe it's the employer of the company that I applied for last week. I gotta answer this call," Marigold lied and distanced herself. She literally has to go outside so her parents won't hear her talking to Raymart.
"H—hello, why did you call suddenly? Don't tell me that I did something wrong again," she began, also assuming that Raymart probably knew what happened to her house yesterday.
