Charlie chuckled like what Marigold did. "Or maybe it's just coincidental. Since you're a newbie junior marketing staff, expect me to coordinate more with your department."
"To be honest, I'm a bit nervous since this is my first time working in a giant company," Marigold answered.
"Don't worry, people working in Sunsky aren't bad but expect people there to make you feel pressured," charlie said.
"But I know that our daughter can handle that. Am I right, Marigold?"
Marigold gazed at her mother with a smiling face. "Of course ma, thank you for your sweet encouragement.
Then, she gazed back at Charlie. "By the way, I'm gonna address you as Sir Charlie."
"Okay, if that's what can make you feel comfortable," Charlie replied.
"Is it okay if my parents and sister will sleep here tonight? Because as of now, I still don't have any idea when my friend's parents will leave their unit," Marigold asked.
