Happy.
Yes, of course. However, he felt worried when he passed the moment of the inauguration of his relationship with Siska and left the girl's house.
Andi's family doesn't know about the girl named Siska because Andi never told her about it. But, after all, Siska is a new person present in his life.
Andi snorted softly when he saw the long queue of motorcycles at the parking door of the mall in the Pasirkaliki area of Bandung.
Half an hour passed, and he finally arrived at the mall lobby and immediately contacted his father.
"Hello, Pa. Andi is here."
Please note that he is not the kind of man who likes to go to shopping malls deliberately. However, Andi was forced to come to this mall because of the father's orders abroad, which he said was one of the clients who wanted to meet with him and was represented by Andi to discuss business matters.
"Why should it be in the Mall anyway, Pa?" he grumbled irritably. Again he exhaled heavily. If his father had ordered something, it was difficult for Andi to say 'no' even though they were far apart.
Andi, who rarely enters the mall, looks confused, looking in the direction of the street and floor in the building. Several pairs of eyes looked at him because he seemed confused when looking for a way. Fortunately, Andi had already brought a spare shirt to attend this meeting. So his appearance did not seem bad. It's just that the white T-shirt and jeans he wears are too casual.
Finally, he arrived at the restaurant his father was referring to. Without lingering, he went straight in and looked for the table number his father had told. Andi looked back and forth until he finally found the table he was going to. Andi approached then. To his surprise, he found a strange woman sitting there.
"Sorry, mam," Andi said, holding back the embarrassment.
The man turned around and immediately called his father with some irritability.
"Pa, which client is it? How come there are women at that table, anyway? Isn't it, Papa's client is called Mr. Hartono?"
His emotions rose even more when he heard his father's words.
"Pa, that's right. So Papa lied to Andi. Just make this?!"
Without listening to his father's explanation, he closed his phone unilaterally.
"Andi?" the woman said, trying to start a conversation when she found out Andi had finished the phone.
"Yes." Andi snorted softly and covered up his annoyance as much as possible.
"My name is Putri, Mr. Hartono's daughter. My dad said to come here because a co-worker's son wanted to see me. It's you. Andi is Mr. Soni's son who lives in America?"
"Yes, it is. That's me."
The woman breathed a sigh of relief and invited Andi to sit at the same table with her.
"Hmmm, do you know about our arranged marriage?"
Andi nodded slowly. Of course, he knew. During this time, his father always talked about the Putri in front of him. Before Andi came to Indonesia, his father had asked Andi to go to Mr. Hartono's residence in the hope that he could have a relationship with his daughter, Putri. His father had promised Mr. Hartono to match Andi with Putri. However, because Andi always had a reason to refuse, his father finally framed Andi this way.
More or less, both of them already know each other's faces through social media. But, unlike Andi, Putri has an affinity for Mr. Soni's son and wants to get to know him more.
'Damn!' Andi muttered silently inwardly. If this is the case, he can no longer avoid it. It's like being in prison and unable to go home because it's not good for the woman who has been waiting for him.
"So, can we start it slowly?" the Princess asked.
"Starting what?" asked Andi coldly.
"Our relationship."
"Ah, I can't promise. I'm busy."
"Busy?"
"yes, I don't have time to go out. I'm busy taking care of my family's business in this city."
"Ah, yes. No wonder my dad often boasts of you because you are a person who is good at business affairs at a young age."
Without answering, Andi gave a small smile forcefully because he was tired of this conversation.
"Besides, I didn't say we had to go out. Making friends first might be better. You can start by watching the cinema together, giving me shopping, going to the salon, eating together, yes, a lot of it,"
'Tsk! You think, who are you.'
Again Andi couldn't help but mutter silently in his heart. It is undeniable that Princess is indeed beautiful. His face is not far from that of a top artist because he is an Indo-Dutch half-blood. A well-proportioned body also with fashionable clothes like girls hits on social media. However, the heart cannot lie. He had already anchored his heart to Siska. Siska's personality is much better than Princess's to be able to conquer her heart. A simple woman is the kind of woman he has always been.
Andi's long-distance family relationship took advantage of to leave the boring meeting with Putri. Although he knew if his father would call him endlessly with curses and anger peaking, he didn't care.
"Finally," he said relievedly. Andi arrived at his house and intended to rest directly because he was tired.
Andi slammed his body on the mattress while preparing to go to bed. It had only been three seconds since he closed his eyes; suddenly, his hearing focused on the sound of knocking on the door of his house.
"Gosh, who the hell is meeting these nights?!" he said irritably.
He opened the door and was surprised to see someone behind it.
"Putri? What are you doing here?" he asked in surprise.
"Hi, Ndi." Putri squeezed a weird smile with half-teller eyes. A very pungent strange smell wafted out through the woman's mouth.
"Why have you left me just now...." Not having time to finish her words, the Putri body slumped limply, falling unconscious. Fortunately, Andi swiftly caught the woman's body.
"Put, wake up," Andi patted the Putri on the cheek, but it was useless. The woman seemed to be heavily intoxicated.
Andi is confused and can't possibly let Putri sleep in her house. Moreover, he only lives alone. What do people say later? Amidst the confusion, half-consciously, Putti pulled his shirt and said quietly to Andi,
Gosh, it's really hard to be in his position of him. Andi didn't even know which room to take Putri in this house.
She couldn't call Fera; surely her best friend was busy caring for her son and husband. Still holding the half body of the Putri lying on the floor, he finally had an idea.
"Hello, Maria. It's Andi. Where are you?"
"Why did you call me? I just arrived in Bandung this afternoon. What's the matter?"
"Can you go to my house? I'll explain later."
Maria hurried away after being sent a share location from Andi.
"Putri, wake up!"
A faint cry rang to wake the Putri from her subconscious. Her eyes slowly opened, and she saw the whole room that was unfamiliar to her until her gaze stopped at a person half sitting on the table beside the mattress.
"Finally, you wake up. I'm Maria."
"Maria?"
"I'm Andi's friend, this is his house," Maria retorted.
"Why can I be here?"
"You don't remember?" Maria sighed and walked towards her as the Putri shook her head in response.
"You were drunk last night. Keep suddenly coming here."
"Ah, ok. Where is Andi?"
"He sleeps in the living room, do you think he sleeps here with you?" said Maria.
"I want to talk to him."
"Before that. You should shower and continue washing your vomited clothes in the bathroom. I can't figure that out. So what you're wearing now is my clothes," Maria explained.
"Ah, ok," Putri replied to Maria sarcastically. Who is this woman in action? She thought. She didn't like Maria.
While waiting for the Putri to fix her affairs. Maria then woke Andi, who was still sleeping in the living room. He seemed tired because he had been awake all night waiting for Maria.
When it was over, Putri approached Andi, who was already awake and sat on the sofa.
"Andi...."
"Last night, you followed me?" asked Andi interrupting the Putri's words.
"Yes, because you said I was in the restaurant yesterday."
"So, with you coming here drunk, do you think I'll be sorry?" asked Andi.
"I, just don't accept your attitude, Ndi! What is my lack of? I'm beautiful, I'm a graduate of the best university in the city. Then, you just ignore me?"
"Tsk!" declared Maria at the Putri's remark.
"Uh, I don't know you, huh?! Take care of your attitude!" the Putri said to Maria irritably.
Without replying, Maria raised her eyebrows and hands together, indicating she wouldn't comment anymore even though she wanted to.
"You'd better go home before my dad, or Mr. Harto calls me," said Andi.
Andi's answer did not make the Princess give up on getting it. Instead, he just kept looking for Andi's attention.
"You need to know, Andi already has a girl. So, you understand what you has to do," Maria explained.
"Yes, I know. But, as long as he's not married yet, there's nothing wrong with us being close? After all, we were matched, so Andi should certainly be with me," Putri retorted sarcastically.
Matched?
Maria wrinkled her forehead and looked at Andi. But, of course, he didn't know that Andi had been betrothed to this annoying girl.
Andi looked back at Maria and signaled that she would explain this, later.
"Well, I'm home. But, you need to know, yes! If I'm not going to stop here. I don't care if you want to have a girlfriend yet. You must belong to you later. And you, ah whoever your name is I don't remember, next time please don't interfere in other people's affairs, ok?!" he said to Andi and Maria in turn.
Maria almost slapped the girl. Who's not upset? This woman's behavior makes her sick.
As she passed out of Andi's house, Putri turned her body and said,
"Bye, Sweetheart. See you next time."
