Another day passed, and Draco spent that day training with Amira and Sada, just like the days before it.
At this point Draco assumed they'd be in there training forever.
At first, just the sign of Amira in a sports bra alone would give him energy to continue. However, his mental exhaustion was reaching a new peak.
Perky breasts could no longer distract him from the fact that he'd been doing the same thing for days on end.
Luckily for Draco, on the fourth day of this intense training Amira's wrist began to glow with a yellow light.
She was just about to start the orb back up to begin another round of training, but this stopped her in her tracks.
She flicked her wrist, causing a sudden flash of white light.
When the light dimmed, a towering figure could be seen standing in front of her.
To Draco this figure seemed incorporeal, as it was slightly see-through. Draco couldn't tell because the figure didn't have a physical form, but he reckoned it must have been around 8 feet tall!
While Draco was still thinking these things, he was roughly pulled to the ground by Sada, who he just realized was now kneeling on the stone floor.
Draco dared to look up, not willing to miss what was going on. He had never seen Sada act like this before so he was more than interested.
To Draco's surprise, when he looked up Amira had a beaming smile on her face.
Now that he thought about it, the only time he had seen Amira's beautiful face light up like that was when he had given her c*caine.
Draco wondered who this mysterious figure could be to elicit such a reaction from this gorgeous princess.
'Don't tell me I have competition now...' Draco thought, clicking his tongue in annoyance.
However, Amira's next word cleared up his confusion.
"Father!" was all she said, but Draco felt like a weight was lifted off of his shoulders.
"My beloved daughter." King Zain replied, his voice booming atop the stone pillar.
When Draco heard this voice he felt every hair on his back stand up. For the strength in those simple words was enough to send him reeling.
"Where have you been?!" Amira asked, clearly anxious, "The whole palace is in a state of Khatar, and my brothers clearly do not know how to act in your absence."
King Zain chuckled when he heard his daughter's concern, "My sons are some of the strongest beings in this world, however, that very strength blinds them."
Draco listened to King Zain's words with bated breath, for every word he said sounded like it was the most important and wise word ever spoken.
It couldn't be helped, for although this was just a projection, King Zain's strength was oozing out of it in waves.
This powerful aura was a brilliant gold, and when Draco felt it cross over him he felt like the King's frame seemed to grow larger. Although the man standing in front of him was just a projection of the King, Draco was forced to put his head down.
He had no choice, for his heart was beating so hard in his chest he felt like it was about to pop out.
Draco somehow gathered the courage to look back up, but when he did he was shocked to see that King Zain's figure seemed to have grown to the size of a mountain. Draco craned his neck upwards and felt like he was staring straight up into heaven.
Amira was unperturbed by her father's strength. After all, she was one of his very own children! As such she was practically immune to the psychological effects being in his presence caused.
In fact, she had no clue that just behind her Draco felt like he was an ant about to be crushed by a giant!
Sada would certainly also be going through such a crisis right now, but she had the wits not to directly gaze upon the Lord Progenitor ruling the Khalid Dynasty.
Amira's accented voice could be heard ahead of them, "Surely you must mean foolish, father." she said.
King Zain shook his head and smiled gently at Amira, "You would be foolish to think so, my daughter. They are made from the same blood as I, just as you and your sisters are. You must be cautious, and never underestimate them."
Hearing this, Draco wondered if the King was referring to the danger Amira said she was in.
'What kind of dysfunctional family is this?' Draco wondered. 'Her father is warning her to watch out for her own brothers while she hides in a secret magical chamber.' he thought to himself with genuine confusion.
However, King Zain's powerful voice interrupted his line of thought.
"I have sent your fifth brother on a journey on behalf of the Dynasty. Until he gets back, or we hear word from his expedition, you must not remain here." the King said.
"What do you mean, father?" Amira asked, making a pout, "You never tell me anything, always just pushing me from one place to the next. You know I'm not just some object to be tossed around!" she exclaimed.
Draco waited for the king to get mad at such a remark, after all, the man was a king. Draco expected someone like a king to have a short temper, but what happened next surprised him.
King Zain simply gave Amira a gentle smile, "This is why you have remained my favorite."
When Amira heard this she blushed and shuffled around abashedly. She didn't expect her normally stoic father to say that.
King Zain continued, "If you wish to know why you must leave, I can only say that this chamber is not as secure as it seems. There are many functions here that even I have little knowledge of, for this chamber was built long before my time."
He motioned over towards the waters, "The sea itself is a poison, and the creatures within are abominations. Each one contains blood transfused from several Progenitors and Jabbār alike that lived millennia ago."
These words rang loudly in Draco's ears, and they sent his mind spinning. 'Those things? Progenitors? And I remember Amira telling me that another word for powered is Jabbār.' he thought in shock.
While Draco was going over the implication of King Zaid's words, the King's projection continued to speak.
"Our Dynasty's founder, my great grandfather, dulled their minds so as to make them unable to use their powers, but that was thousands of years ago. You see, these are ancient creatures of war, and if just one of them awakened it would be disastrous for you." King Zain said solemnly.
Amira seemed to be placated by this answer, and nodded her head sheepishly. "I don't know why you gave me this residence if there was something like this lurking in the basement." she grumbled.
King Zain chuckled ruefully and scratched his head, "In truth, I had forgotten its existence and didn't expect you to use it. But I shouldn't be surprised, you always have been an adventurous one."
Hearing this, Amira didn't know whether to laugh or cry. She had thought her father had gifted her this legendary chamber so that she could train in it, but in truth he had just forgotten about it!
Amira sighed and shook her head, "So where do I have to go, and can I take my servants?" she asked.
When King Zain heard this he focused his attention towards Draco and Sada's position, as if only just now noticing their existence.
"Ah, I suppose they must stay. Worry not, they can stay in the Ḥāmin Tower." he looked back towards Amira, "The preparations are already underway, you must simply come to the front of your residence."
Just when King Zaid was done speaking, he seemed to remember something, and his aura turned oppressive. The pressure caused by this change of aura pushed Draco's head down and almost made him fall over.
"I almost forgot." he said, his tone chilling. "Amira Zahran Khalid, where is your burqa?! What you are wearing is, it-it's scandalous!" he threw his arm into the air, "Change into something befitting your station before you are seen in the palace."
After saying that, King Zaid disappeared in a blinding flash of white light.
Amira had a flustered look on her face after the King left, and she turned to Draco and Sada.
"Well, you two heard my father. I guess it's time to leave." she said.
***
While this scene was playing out, two of King Zain's very own sons were watching.
Sitting around two sofas in a dimly lit room, the two of them looked villainous against the light of the screen.
The larger figure clicked his tongue in annoyance, "See what I told you, sixth brother?"
He shook his head, "Now imagine what would have happened if we had already made our move, father would have surely found us out."
The sixth brother nodded his head rapidly, "You're right, you're right of course!"
He did his best lackey impression, "This is why you're the second son, and the strongest of all of us!"
The second brother sneered, "Be quiet! Enough of that nonsense." he yelled.
Ignoring his younger brother, the second brother looked back to the screen.
He focused his attention on the two kneeling figures that were now standing up.
"There's been a change of circumstances, so our plan must change accordingly." he said, a sinister smile on his lips.
