"I... see." Charles Xavier said after Logan and Ororo finished their tale as he gazed at the huge woman of muscular stature and blood red skin.
"No you don't." Logan said from behind her and Xavier could only sigh.
"No, no I don't." He admitted with absolutely no shame. He had dealt with many, many, things in his life that could be considered ludicrous. Like a creature of purely psionic in nature that possessed people and his step brother becoming empowered after touching a red crystal of ancient origins. But time travel? Not claiming it to be a lie from the start was the best that he could do.
"But I still welcome you to our institute, miss…" He then trailed off as he looked at the supposed time travelers.
"I go by Red She-Hulk but I guess you can just call me Betty, Valeria doesn't go by anything." The tall woman said with a shrug and the blonde girl beside her smiled.
"I am who I am and there is no reason for me to hide it, as our lord himself once said." She declared and then looked back at Damian with admiration and devotion. Making Charles wonder exactly what kind of future was waiting for his students, for the current strongest student specifically. He also had to wonder what exactly was the relation of this Betty with the actual Hulk.
"And do you have any family in this time period?" Charles asked with a smile, definitely not because he didn't want to be the sole person responsible for a person as… devoted as Valeria. Though the question seemed to be a wrong action as the blonde girl immediately grimaced with an expression of annoyance on her face.
"Yeah, those fools who rejected the truth of our glorious lord's light is also in this time period; aren't they?" The girl said with a sigh. "I believe that they are supposed to be living in some baker house or something." Huh, that was far tamer than he had thought. He honestly had been expecting her to be the child of a super villain or something along those lines.
"Baxter Building, your family lives in Baxter building Valeria." Betty said with a groan as she punched the bridge of her nose and Charles had the urge to do the same as Valeria nodded with a look of realization. No wonder the girl looked familiar, she did look like a mix of Reed and Susan. He hadn't realized it at first because he never actually thought how a combination of them would look, and the fact that he was not sure if Reed Richards was capable of making a child that did not come out of some dangerous machine. Still, guess this meant that Susan finally managed to get the brilliant scientist's attention. Or that she would in the coming years, good for her.
"If so, then I must inform her... parents of the current situation." Charles said, feeling incredibly weird about the fact that he just used the word 'parent' for Reed Richards.
"Why, it's not like they could actually bring anything useful to the table that I can't." Valeria declared with a huff and was immediately swatted by Betty.
"Just shut up and go see your parents. Your mom, at least, deserves an explanation and doesn't deserve being left in the dark about a situation like this." The muscular woman said as she rubbed her temples.
"Hmph, I guess I might as well." Valeria said like she was doing a huge favor to them. "Maybe this time period's mother will be more receptive to the words of our flaming lord and savior." And a part of Charles thought that she really might be thinking that she was doing a favor to Susan.
"Whelp, you guys have fun with that." And Damian just waved as he left like all of this was not his fault! Sure, it might seem like two people traveling through time and getting stranded here had nothing to do with his newest student; but Charles was pretty sure that it was all his fault. At least his future self's fault, same thing.

"So, gonna tell me what's been bothering you?" I asked Laura as I sat down with Bob the demonic horse beside me, he was a really good boy when you could look past his terrifying visage that reminded people the inevitability of death.
The clone slash daughter Wolverine had been acting downtrodden since the moment we left the Facility slash Hydra base. As a matter of fact, she had looked down against our enemies as well but I had been kinda distracted when I sensed the time ship of Betty and Laura arriving. On another note, guess disturbances in time and space was one of those four unconfirmed senses that came with martian powers.
"...its not important." Laura mumbled and I sighed. She was acting moody. And while her moody form was somewhat adorable, I did not like seeing her like this. So I stretched my arms, grabbed and hauled Laura to myself, ignored her protesting squeaks and hugged her.
"Don't be a dummy, just tell me." I said as I pressed her closer to my chest, unwilling to compromise, and put my chin on top of her head.
"...the Facility." She mumbled and I raised an eyebrow as I looked down at them.
"What about them? We pretty much kicked their asses, and you tried to put an explosive in their asses." I reminded her and smiled as she chuckled softly. Now that my panic about it was gone, what she had tried had been pretty damn funny.
"We didn't get all of them." She said as her earlier smile was gone. "We just got one of their cells, and now they are working with groups like Hydra. How long until we find and deal with all of them." Her frown deepened as a small pit of despair appeared in her eyes. "...can we even do it?" Her last words even made me frown as I looked at her.
I had hoped dealing with the Facility, even if they were only one cell, would have bring her spirits up. Instead it seemed to have made her realize how big our current enemy was and how unprepared we were. Kind of like the satisfaction cleaning one room turning into despair when you realized that there was still a whole house to clean. Still...
"You don't have to worry about all of that." I said with a smile as I suddenly gained extra body mass and became big enough to make body builders look small, then I grabbed Laura by her armpits and threw her over my shoulders; which almost caused her to bump her head on the ceiling but that didn't matter. "We are strong and awesome, before long dealing with Facility won't even feel like a mission and more like a small chore we have to do before dinner. That's how insignificant they will become in your eyes one day, that I promise." I declared with a huge grin.
Facility? Hydra? Any other stupidly old edgily named evil organization? We would eat them for breakfast and, if she desired, I would skin their skulls and gift them to Laura as mugs. There was a whole future with far more pressing issues than humans trying to kill each other for stupid reasons. If they did not realize that, then I would just go Deadpool on their asses! And no one would be able to stop us!
Not Zemo, not Strucker, not Red Skull and definitely not some stupid Facility mook like Kimura!
Wait a minute...
"Laura?" I asked with a small amount of hesitation as I looked up at her. "Did we actually pull that invulnerable weirdo out of the wall before we left?"

"Purifiers have attacked the school! Damian, we need you!" Storm yelled as she blasted a racist human with wind as she looked at the strongest student in their school.
"I wish I could help you Storm." Who was just standing in the middle of the battle without doing anything!
"Can't you control their minds with telepathy to make them stand down?! Or trap them with a ring of fire?! Or just beat them down with your super strength?!"
"I really wish I could help you."
