Jake was about to perform his three hundredth and two set when the lights turned off. He knew that the military grid didn't have any problem of power failure since it was directly powered with nuclear rectirs. The only explanation was failure at his own ward and hence he had to exit his room to check on the problem.
Jake wore his uniform and decided to exit to see what had caused the problem in his wing. As soon as he exited the place, his instincts screamed at him and he dodged backwards. A sword flew through air and passed the location where his head was present a second ago. Jake was shocked by the development.
