'Perhaps it is about the way I seek to destroy?' Rhys contemplated as his body was remained frozen in place, the active suppression of Eternal Paragon was still actively working on him.
The suppression that held him in place also protected him from the occasional fiend groups that got near him, as they were shredded to pieces by her aura that was actively surprising Rhys. Because of this, Rhys did not worry about dangers and fully focused on something else. He was spending time trying to achieve enlightenment in the concept of destruction. Since destruction was very ambiguous due to its nature.
Destruction, to destroy something, crush it, and overwhelm it. But unlike other concepts, destruction was not only focused on fighting and killing, one could destroy objects with it as well. So Rhys was having trouble finding the ways destruction worked.
Since when he thought of destruction, he immediately thought of killing many in an instant, but that was massacre. Rhys had spent the last three weeks simply focusing on reshaping the way he saw he associated destruction. Now, it was bearing fruits.
Rhys felt a tyrannical flow of aura course through his body, a reddish, thick, demonic aura surrounded his body. It was the aura of destruction. Rhys had gained new enlightenment and his enlightenment was resonating with the concept of destruction, improving his overall strength as the aura of destruction started to affix itself to his attacks, slowly, but surely.
Rhys felt like he wanted to destroy something, anything. The aether in the surroundings that came in contact with the aura of destruction became more wild and erratic as it felt something similar to itself.
Rhys let out a breath as his eyes turned slightly red from the killing intent he was feeling in his body, it was a manifestation of his wanton for destruction.
Rhys gritted his teeth as he took a deep breath, 'Indeed, this concept is very wild.'
As Rhys was resonating with the destruction, his body started to grow stronger and the suppression started to lessen slowly, of course, that was only because Eternal Paragon did not use her full suppression, otherwise, Rhys would have no way to break out.
Slowly Rhys felt his body grow lighter as the suppression weakened to the point he could not slightly move. Time passed as Rhys's resonance with destruction went on, his body grew lighter as the suppression was being destroyed.
In the period of a few hours, his resonance ended and with that, the aura of destruction vanished, but not before the suppression on his body was done away with.
Before Rhys got the chance to celebrate, Eternal Paragon appeared before Rhys and smiled.
"You broke out, good. Now, time to began what I told you in the beginning. Training under me." Her smile, which was beautiful turned demonic as Rhys felt like he would suffer more than in the second trial.
'Fuck!'

Clash! Space shook as a young man fought back multiple fiend groups into a standstill, no, he was pushing them back! His long, blond hair fluttered as purple energy erupted from his body with every slight movement, the fiends had no other choice but to regroup, as their mindless bodies simply reacted on instinct.
Crackle! Purple flames crackled as if it was burning wood, but in reality, it was consuming the fiends it was thrown upon. The young man's hand was also covered in purple flames as he punched and sliced in the air, making wild arcs of flames rush the way his slashes were oriented.
The man reeked of regality and sharpness.
Naturally, this was Rhys. It had been a year since the serious training with Eternal Paragon had begun, and although hard, he could not say it did not bring any fruits. Rhys had become much stronger, experienced, and wild in that one year of training under Eternal Paragon.
His cultivation was a Peak-Level Sky Saint, his improvements in cultivation were massive compared to the months of fighting and cultivating during the second trial. His bloodline purity had increased to 40% and stopped. Rhys's requirement for bloodline growth increased, he had to go from Mortal Saint to Sky Saint to get a five percent improvement, and he felt it would remain like that or change.
His abilities grew more powerful as his bloodline prowess also grew another level, he was close to 50%, although he did not know when that would be reached.
As Rhys fought with his Destruction Flames, he could not help but think of all of his major improvements.
His flames, first of all, burned now purple because they were attributed more to destruction and aether. His previous flames that came from his comprehension were deleted, literally, and he had to begin from zero and comprehend the Law of Fire while imbuing the concept of destruction and aether into his comprehension.
The results were surprising, his flames had another level of power, Rhys felt like if he had them in the second trial, just unleashing them madly would certainly cause major destruction over the area.
His battle experience and mastery of weapons had also gone up, thanks to the harsh, but very good training of Eternal Paragon, who made sure Rhys was put in life or death situations to make for faster improvements, the only reason she did this is that she knew it would work. His ever-increasing talent was just that good.
Rhys and Eternal Paragon had also experimented on his bloodlines, the results were very shocking, mostly because it was succeeding, albeit at a very slow pace. Rhys could feel his bloodlines were slowly but surely nearing a mutation. Sure, he had never gone through it, but one could call it his instincts when he felt this.
Rhys's look had also undergone a new change, his old messy hair was now orderly made into a ponytail held in place by a black headpiece with amethyst gems, revealing his mostly sharp and handsome features which were mostly hidden by his now long hair.
His hair had been taken over by some purple, his eyes had a natural lavender color, which combined with his golden eyes from birth, made for a beautiful sight of two different colors clashing. Like two bright stars crashing. Rhys had the tendency to wear black and royal purple now.
That is black long-sleeved shirts and pants with a royal purple robe that fir tightly around his body, revealing his well-shaped body. Rhys had also a bad-boy type of vibe, that is he wore a few ear piercings, but it wasn't too wild, not big piercings, but they were normal-sized dragon or hanging-type piercings all around his elven ears, they were all made of jade.
But this was not Rhys's idea, but Eternal Paragons' idea of making Rhys look 'overbearing.' Why? According to her, "As the carrier of the bloodline of a mighty dragon, a majestic phoenix, graceful elf, perfect spirit, and soon to be a new race, you must also look the part. Mighty, overbearing, and majestic. Let others know they are beneath you."
Rhys felt like the piercings were too much since he felt his audacity rising, mostly because his pride as a dragon was taking over. But it was not the only thing it took over, as his body grew hornier out of nowhere, he had trouble surprising his every increasing libido, after all, which Dragon holds back its libido when it has so many partners? So Rhys had to forcefully make his body experience internal pain to make it stop. Otherwise, his senses would be clouded by lust.
As Rhys was lost in thoughts, he dodged an attack while he lept back, his purple flames vanishing. His hair fluttered wildly as his eyes flashed cold, his purple flames appeared, but this time, it was in a magnificent wave of blazing flames.
Fwoosh! All hell broke loose when his flames touched the fiends, as the flames started to devour the fiends, burning their bodies without stopping, the fiends all let out horrifying shrieks as their bodies were burnt to oblivion.
Rhys looked at all of this and sighed, his eyes closing as he took a deep breath to calm down, although there was no air in the void, only chaotic elements.
'In one year I have improved so much. According to Eternal Paragon, she will train me until I reach the peak of my world, that is Supreme Saint. My pace of breakthrough has increased with her at my side to allow me to gain more insight into the future realms, allowing for a more stable and strong foundation.
'Still, I feel my speed is slow. But that is only natural as I am relying on aether instead of the normal cosmic energy. Most of my techniques have been reshaped by Eternal Paragon to work with aether. I don't even know if my Flame Regeneration would work with my destructive flames... such a mess, I hope I can force an evolution in my bloodlines within the next few years before I am sent back to the real world...' Rhys lamented as he thought about the ability he used the most not working, sure he had High Regeneration from his elven bloodline, but he could not use it for now.
As Rhys saw all of the fiends die, his handsome face turned sideways to see Eternal Paragon standing next to him, like always, she made no form of signal she had gotten here.
Eternal Paragon was also more relaxed around Rhys, and although she was still mostly on guard mentally, physically, she was free and expressive. She would have more physical contact with Rhys in the form of sparring or slaps on his back or arms.
Currently, Eternal Paragon herself was wearing very baggy clothing, making her normal curvaceous body not show. But her bust and buttocks still showed, at least their top, which made a slight hill appear on her shirt and pants.
"Good job. Now we will increase the levels of your fights." Eternal Paragon spoke as if she was praising a child for doing good in school. Rhys did not speak and merely nodded, no words were needed. He had become more mature in the way that he would not curse or complain when something he did not like was done.
Rhys would now simply act first before talking.
——————
Rhys's training continue, but his sighting of Eternal Paragon decreased gradually, when she appeared she always said she was busy experimenting, but Rhys could see the burn marks at the end of her robes or slight wounds that healed with her strong regenerative powers.
'Something is hurting her... she is fighting against something... but she always says it's nothing big.' Rhys thought as he saw Eternal Paragon appear again. Like always, her appearance was mostly graceful.
Mostly.
Her hair was disheveled and her breathing hard, her robes had a few parts missing in her leg area and her body was slightly bruised, Rhys could tell it was worst, but her body had healed most of it.
'Again.' Rhys thought before he stopped and looked at Eternal Paragon.
"Wassup boy! You are doing good I see, follow me. We are going to start a spar once more." Rhys merely nodded as his eyes shone goldenly and his pupils turned into vertical slits, draconic eyes were activated yet Eternal Paragon's natural defense was good enough to trick his eyes. The eyes of a dragon, well mostly.
It was like a natural veil of fog covered her body and restricted his eyesight. Rhys frowned at this, 'Who is she fighting?' Rhys was very curious but also slightly worried that something other than another Paragon could hurt her.
Naturally, she was fighting the Fiend Emperor, but Rhys did not know this, and Eternal Paragon did not feel like telling him such things without Rhys knowing them himself.
Bam! Out of nowhere, Rhys felt danger and moved his head, Eternal Paragon had punched where his head had been.
'Had that hit my head would be gone!' Rhys felt like he was going to die from the chill that ran up his spine after that thought.
"Good you are not do not leave your guard down, but you know. I hate you are trying to peek at me." Her words were cold and a frown was on her beautiful face. Rhys also frown more at this as he had to speak out.
"I am worried." He spoke out truthfully. Rhys could not speak in the void with the help of Eternal Paragon's technique, Expressive Declaration. Which allowed one to speak simply by moving their mouth and thinking of the words.
"You're too many millennia too young to worry about me boy. I am older than the one who passed on his bloodline to you." Her words held no playfulness like they usually did.
'She is stressed.' Rhys immediately understood but remained quiet. The best way for a woman of her character and power to let out her emotions was through a fight.
Thus, a fight began.

Author's Note:
Tomorrow and Sunday will have two chapters!
Sorry if, unlike other authors, I do not post more the more power stones given.
Unlike other authors I write over 2k words per chapter, the only authors whose books I read and write more than me are the authors of 'Lust Knight' and 'My Three Wives Are Beautiful Vampire.' For LK, the author posted only on Patreon, so I do not know their upload schedule, while the author of MTWABV posts only once per day. Great novels, by the way, check them out if you want a good story, although the former has a lacking grammar, the latter is great!
I rarely have time to actually write, classes and work are a bitch!
Anyways, enjoy!
