I slowly opened my eyes for some reason feeling over slept. I rolled over to look at my alarm clock while stretching. I immediately jumped out of bed and stumbled over as I attempted to start changing.
Crap, crap, crap! I overslept!
I quickly got ready and grabbed my work shoving it to the bottom of my bag before running out and down the stairs. I ran into something halfway down the stairs and almost fell back before being caught. I looked up to see who I ran into still kind of panicking.
"I'm so sorry!"
I saw Sebastian looking down at me with a shocked face.
"Shouldn't you be at school now?"
"I, uh, about that. I overslept."
He nodded his head as if completely understand my situation. Maybe even relating.
"I used to always be late to school. Here, I'll take you."
I looked at him a little glad I actually ran into him. I didn't exactly want to walk to school alone. I've always had Drew with me and I've never been late like this before.
"I would like that."
"No problem. Let's go ahead and go. You're late enough as it is."
I nodded my head as we started to heading to the front door. He opened the door for me letting me walk out first before following me after.
We started walking, not really in a fast pace like I probably should be going in. In fact it seemed like Sebastian was trying to stretch time with me as much as he could.
Sebastian shoved his hands in his pockets as we walked in silence side by side.
"Too bad Christopher already left. He could have driven you to school which would be much faster than this."
"Well, it's not as if we're walking any fast either."
He laughed at that.
"True. Guess I'm guilty of that. I wanted to have as much time with you as possible. And that's not the only reason why I'm walking with you. I did truly not want you to be walking out here alone."
I felt warmth come to my cheeks as he said that.
So I was right.
There was a moment of silence yet again before Sebastian spoke up again.
"Why were you late anyway?"
"Oh, the usual for when people are late. Stayed up late doing homework, forgot to turn my alarm on, so on."
I forced out a little laugh trying to sound as convincing as possible. I mean, for the most part that was true. Just that not only did I stay up because of homework but also because of what happened with both Jake and Drew.
Speaking of which-
"But that doesn't seem like you. I thought for sure you'd be the type to make sure that happened. Maybe even have some plan b in motion for if plan a failed."
"I do. My friend calls me pretty much every morning. If I'm not there walking with him he freaks out. But, I guess he didn't today for some reason."
I have an idea of what but he doesn't need to know that.
"I wonder why."
You and me both. Was it because of what I said last night? But we've had these kind of arguments before. Did it have to do with what he said more than with what I said?
I felt so,etching warm grab my hand and quickly looked over at Sebastian remembering the warmth from the last time he did something like this.
"Relax. By friend you mean that guy from the other night, right? He probably thinks with all of us with you he doesn't need to worry as much or help you out like he did before. If you want I can be that person for you."
I little smirk played at his lips instead of a simple smile and something in the back of his voice also helped me get the fact that he was hinting at something else.
Of course he'd use this time to get at me. Why wouldn't he? Seven guys were in the line here, for some reason.
He moved his around a bit so that now our fingers were intertwined and locked making it hard for me to pull it off. He pulled me a little closer and honestly I didn't really fight back.
Just then we got to the school gate making this moment end on a short note and Sebastian stopped me.
"Don't I get a goodbye kiss? Or a thank you one? Maybe I should get both."
I rolled my eyes, our hands still locked together.
"In your dre-"
He stopped me before I could finish pulling me in for a soft kiss with not much depth to it. That is until he made that depth filling in as much space as he could with his tongue.
He tasted so sweet leaving me breathless but I had to stop him. We were in front of my school for crying out loud!
I pushed him off forcing the kiss to stop and our hands release catching my breath before running off into the school doors only getting a glimpse of his face.
Pleasure.
A face I was starting to get use to now far too well for my tastes.
My heart raced a bit at the thought of me being able to please him enough to leave it on his face.
This isn't good. They're all getting to me. Soon one will have the overall advantage over me in the end.
I can't let that happen.
Not for me.
Not for Justin.
