Stacey spent a very long time with her sister. Hailey really enjoyed the company of her younger sister. Stacey decided to leave. It was already 6pm.
"Hailey, I have to go now. I promise to come visit another time."
"No problem Stace. Thanks for coming, I really appreciate the time you spent with me!" She thanked her.
"You're welcome Hailey." She replied and they hugged each other. Hailey escorted her out of the house.
"Thanks a lot Stace for coming!"
"You're welcome and please don't miss me too much!" Stacey replied with a smile and Hailey laughed.
"Nope I won't. I promise not to!" She replied.
"Too bad I couldn't meet Jeremy. Please send my regards to him. See you around!" Stacey said to her.
"No problem." Stacey took her leave. Hailey went back into the house.
Stacey didn't go home straight. She discovered she needed some personal things and so she decided to stop at the supermarket. The supermarket was located in the heart of the city. Stacey parked her motorbike in the parking lot. She walked in to the supermarket.
The supermarket was very big. A lot of people were in the supermarket buying different stuffs. Stacey took a trolley and started shopping. She bought a lot of things for herself. She was at the grocery part of the supermarket. She was buying some fruits when someone tapped her from behind. She turned to see who it was.
"I'm sorry to disturb you. I just wanted to know if you are Stacey Roberts?" The lady who was about the same age of Stacey asked her.
"Yes I'm Stacey. Do I know you?" She asked looking somewhat confused. The young lady laughed.
"Stacey, don't you recognize me?" She asked.
"Nope! To be honest, I don't!" She innocently admitted.
"It's me Cassie." She answered.
"Oh my God! Cassie Williams. Is this really you?" She bursted out. The two girls hugged each other. Cassie was Stacey's classmate back in fifth grade. They even sat together in class.
"I can't believe I'm seeing Stacey Roberts again after a very long time!" She exclaimed and Stacey laughed.
"Yeah. How have you been? It's been awhile."
"I'm fine Stacey!" She replied. The two girls chatted as the continued their shopping. Stacey and Cassie exchanged phone numbers.
"It was a pleasure meeting you again Stacey. I'll call you in due time." Cassie said to her.
"The pleasure is all mine. I'll be expecting your phone call!" She replied with a smile. The two ladies parted ways. Cassie wasn't done shopping, so she went to get other stuffs she needed. Meanwhile, Stacey was done with shopping. She went to submit the stuffs she had collected to the cashier so she could make payment for them.
"That will be three thousand dollars ma'am." The cashier said to her after calculating the total expenses.
"Ok!" She answered and paid the bill with her credit card. Everything was arranged in a big black bag. She carried the bag and left.
