Garret and Kiara looked at each other. I know they didn't know what was going on with me. And I was not doing anything for them to understand.
"Are you okay?" Kiara asked when we were going to our next class. She looked at me with concerned eyes like a loving girlfriend would do.
"Yeah. You know that I am moody, so don't mind me," I replied.
I was trying my best to calm myself, but my blood started boiling when we entered the classroom. I saw the blonde guy, and he was sitting beside my girl. They are still talking and smiling at each other.
'Shit! When is this blonde going to leave her alone?'
Kiara looked in the direction where I was looking. I know that she could sense that I have something for Raegan, but I don't care. It's best that as early as now, Kiara realized that. Sooner or later, she would have to give me up.
I sat behind Raegan, and I could feel that the blonde guy glanced at me once again.
'Who the hell is this guy? Why is he with my princess?' I thought.
Then, I tried to mind link Raegan once again. I wanted to talk to her, and since I am behind her, I hope she will not ignore me.
'New girl! Who's this gay that is with you? Why are two so close? Didn't I tell you that you are mine?'
'I don't belong to you, idiot! I am not your property just because you are a Riverwoods. It doesn't matter to me.'
'Finally, you responded. I thought you would keep ignoring me because of this gay blonde guy here. What's with you two, huh? Didn't I tell you that you are mine? What are you doing right now?'
'Do I have to repeat that I am not? You cannot restrict me from talking to Colton. I have known him since we were young.'
'Ah, so this is Colton. He is not even good-looking, and you wanted to be with him?'
'Colton is handsome. You are just blind because you are full of yourself.'
'What!? He looked like a lizard. Can you not see that? But don't worry, pretty soon. He will disappear here, so you and I would not be bothered by his face.'
Raegan did not respond after that. Mr. Jacobs, our History teacher, also came. But as for me, I was really trying my best to restrain myself from beating Colton. I had to wait until our classes ended to do whatever I wanted to do.
Raegan and I were not in the same class after that. I saw her and that Colton guy walking together. I followed them, and I found out they were in the same class.
"Damn it! Are they going to be always together?" I complained when I was heading to my English class.
Kiara saw me and asked, "Where did you go? I was looking for you, and all of a sudden, you were gone."
"I went to the toilet, Kiara. And why do you have to follow me around?" I replied with an angry voice.
Kiara got stunned. She did not expect me to talk to her like that, but I don't really care. I was in a bad mood that I could not care less.
I waited for my princess at the main entrance when the bell rang. I saw her with Colton, and they were laughing with each other as if they were a couple. I stood in front of them, and they got shocked.
"What are you doing? Don't make me miss the bus again like yesterday," Raegan warned.
"Oh, so this is the asshole who made you miss the bus," Colton said, who raised his eyebrows at me.
"And so? Do you have a problem with that blonde guy?" I said with a cold voice and gave him a stern look.
"Gosh! You are scary. Aren't you scared of him, Raegan?"
I laughed when I heard Colton say that. I thought he was strong. Now I am really starting to believe that he was indeed gay.
"Why are you laughing?" Raegan said, annoyed.
"You are dating a guy who quickly gets scared. Is he even brave enough to protect you?"
"Shut up! I don't need your opinion about him."
Colton looked at her, confused about what was going on between the two. But he can't help but notice how handsome this angry guy is in front of him. He almost wanted to flirt with him. But he asked, "Are you sure, Raegan?"
"Why should I be scared of him? He should be scared of what he is doing. This is bullying, and I don't think this school tolerates that. I don't think he would appreciate my mother coming here because of that and possibly transferring me to another school," Raegan replied.
"What!? I just got in here, and you will transfer again."
I looked at them sharply, and I realized, 'Shit! I don't want my princess to be going somewhere and my mother-in-law to look at me like a monster. Is this the time for me to change?' But I did not let them see that it got me thinking.
"You are good, new girl! I am impressed that you know how to reason with me, which is why you belong to me," I said with a smirk.
"Really? Since when did the two of you started going out? Why am I left in the dark here?" Colton complained. His eyebrows raised, and then he frowned.
"She became mine yesterday, so you better stay away from her. Do you hear me?"
Colton looked at me puzzled and asked, "Why would I stay away from my bestie? Did you agree with this, Raegan?"
"Bestie?" I immediately said and did not allow Raegan to answer Colton.
"Yes. Raegan and I are best friends. And by the way, you don't have to threaten me. I am not her boyfriend, and I can't be."
Raegan looked at Colton, wanting him to stop talking. Colton gave her a questioning look.
"Wait! Are you saying you are gay?"
"Gay and proud!" Colton replied with a smile.
I laughed loudly, and I saw my princess very upset. Then, she angrily said, "Can we go now?"
I stopped laughing and said, "Okay. See you tomorrow, my princess!"
