Chapter 4 - four

For the past two days, Monet and Jade had been having the time of their lives in Vegas. They were so glad that they had come to the Sin City for five days because it was so much fun going to the casino and winning some money, then hitting the club for an endless night of fun. The two women even went to the strip to eat the delicious wings and throw some ones at the strippers.

Aside from their two days of fun, the dreaded third day in which Trevor's sister, Trinity, would arrive had approached and the two women were dreading the entire thing. They both wanted nothing more than for her to stay home and leave them the hell alone, but they knew that wouldn't happen. That girl had pretty much ruined their five days of fun.

"Ugh! I can't believe my black ass has to get up early in the morning to pick up the sister of some nigga I hate," Jade huffed as slipped on her furry and fluffy light pink slides.

"I know how you feel and I'm sorry. If I could, I would tell her ass to turn the fuck around and go home," Monet said.

"Hell, I'd rather leave her stranded in the desert," Jade muttered under breath.

"Jade, no," Monet scolded.

"You were thinking it as well," Jade said.

"A little bit, but that's awful," Monet murmured.

"Fine, fine. I won't say it again, but just know that whatever that girl suggests that's boring will have me leaving this place quick, fast, and in a hurry," Jade informed her.

"Alright, but don't leave without me," Monet told her.

"See? That's the spirit," Jade chuckled. Just as they were about to head out the door, Monet's phone began ringing. She saw that it was Trinity's name.

"Hello?" She greeted.

"Monet, it's me. I'm calling to say that sadly I cannot come down there to join you guys," Trinity said.

"Oh. Why not?" Monet feigned disappointment. She really didn't give a fuck about the reason, but she needed to listen to it anyway.

"Something came up at work and it seems as if I can't get out of it. I'm sorry," Trinity apologized.

"Oh no. You're fine, Trinity. I understand that work is important," Monet murmured.

"Thank you for understanding, Monet. I hope you'll have enough fun for the both of us," Trinity said.

"I will, Trinity. I'll see you at the wedding," Monet said.

"You too. Have fun and be safe," Trinity replied.

"Thanks. Bye," Monet told her.

"Bye."

As soon as the call ended, Monet looked at Jade with the widest and brightest grin on her face.

"What happened?" Jade asked.

"She backed out because of work," Monet exclaimed. The two women screamed excitedly at the news. Now they could enjoy their trip in peace without worrying about Trinity snitching on them.

"We need to celebrate this by ordering room service and watching movies," Jade told her.

"Oh we most certainly will," Monet agreed.

"Later on, we're heading to the club and shaking what our mommas gave us," Jade said.

"Yes the hell we will," Monet grinned.

"Actually, I have a better idea. Let's just go all out tonight," Jade said.

"What do you mean by all our?" Monet inquired.

"I mean that we should get white girl wasted and party like it's 1999," Jade answered. Monet contemplated that idea. On one hand she hasn't done that in a while on the other she was kind of wary of doing it in a another city where she did not know where she was going.

"I don't know, Jade," Monet warily said.

"Oh come on. It'll be fun like how we used to do in college," Jade replied.

"I don't know," Monet mumbled.

"How about I call my cousin Yvette that lives here? She can be the DD and make sure we don't get too drunk. Heck, she can even bring us back to the hotel safe and sound. How does that sound?" Jade inquired. Jade's cousin Yvette was a pretty trustworthy person from what Monet has experienced after being around her during their college days. Yvette didn't like to drink at all and still had fun no matter what. Because of this she was the DD (Designated Driver), which she didn't mind because at least one of them needed to be sober enough to care for those two when they were drunk.

"Not to mention that she's been wanting to get out of the house for a while ever since her best friend moved away," Jade informed her. Monet continued to contemplate the idea for a moment. On the upside, Yvette was going to be the DD and she was going to care for he two girls. On the other hand, she was going to have to deal with Jade and Monet while they were drunk. Dealing with the two of them at the same time while intoxicated was hard because they were like children or something. It was embarrassing  for Monet to even have people seeing her like that.

"Hmm...I don't know. We can be a handful," Monet mumbled.

"I know, but Yvette is the only person who knows how to handle us," Jade replied.

"Well can she at least bring a friend with her to help? A female friend preferably?" Monet asked.

"Sure. She has a friend who knows how to handle drunk bitches," Jade responded.

"Okay. Cool," Monet smiled, "I'm down for it."

"Great. Let me tell Yvette," Jade informed her.

"Okay," Monet nodded. Jade walked into the living area of the hotel room to dial her cousin's number while Monet put on a movie to watch. She grabbed the snacks they had bought yesterday out of the mini fridge and began to eat them while the movie played.

"Alright, Mo. We're all set for tonight," Jade said as she walked in twenty minutes later.

"Was she upset?" Monet asked.

"No. In fact, she said that it would hilarious to have to handle our drunk asses again," Jade chuckled.

"How is it hilarious?" Monet cocked an eyebrow.

"Because we're the dumbest drunk bitches alive," Jade answered.

"Ahh true," Monet agreed. The two women laughed.

"Plus she agreed to have her friend, who is a female, come with to help her. She said that this friend has been wanting to witness what Yvette has been talking about for a while," Jade explained.

"Oh God! She told?" Money groaned.

"Yes she did and she even has video proof," Jade said.

"I'm a little more inclined to celebrate by jumping out the window," Monet muttered. Jade chuckled.

"You're not so bad, Monet. You're just a little more affectionate than others," Jade assured her.

"Jade, I try to kiss people and grope them, especially men. I also try to take my clothes off in front of lots of people, I make dumb ass decisions such as jumping into a pool fully clothed, and I'll cry too," Monet reminded, "Hell, I'll even try to runaway."

"Oh yeah. You are kind of bad," Jade mumbled.

"Uh-huh. As for you, you're even worse. You wanna fuck anything that moves, you try to kiss anything with lips, and you ask people if they want to make a baby," Monet added.

"Okay. Let's not recount what I do," Jade deadpanned.

"Sorry, but it's true," Monet replied.

"It is, but that doesn't mean I'm not just as embarrassed as you," Jade told her, "Besides, Yvette and her friend will make sure to keep an eye on the both of us at all times."

"They better or else there's going to be a Amber Alert about how I went missing," Monet mumbled.

"We'll make sure that doesn't happen," Jade patted her leg.

"Okay," Monet nodded.

"Now c'mon. Let's watch this movie," Jade smiled. Monet pressed play and the move continued playing. They ate their snacks and laughed at how stupid it was.

At around 7 pm, the two women showered and got ready for a night of getting fucked up the entire night and having two people laugh at them for acting like drunken idiots. While they were getting ready, they heard a knock on their hotel door.

"I'll get it," Monet said. She walked towards the door and opened it to reveal Yvette, Jade's cousin, and another girl on the other side of the door.

"Hey, Yvette. Long time no see," Monet greeted.

"Hey, Mo," Yvette pulled her into a tight and warm hug.

"It's nice to see you after so long," Monet said as they pulled away.

"You too. I heard you were getting married. Congrats," Yvette remarked walking. The mocha woman made a face at the mention of her marriage. Yvette and her friend laughed at her reaction.

"Jade told me you'd make a face," Yvette chuckled.

"Of course I would," Monet responded, "I hate that man with a passion."

"As you should, anybody that terrible is a pain to marry," Yvette agreed, "Anyways, this is my friend Josie. Josie, this is Monet. She's the one we have to watch out for the most."

"Ohh Okay," Josie giggled, "It's nice to meet you, Monet."

"You too and I'm tired of you embarrassing me," Monet said.

"What? It's true. You're the most troublesome out of everyone," Jade said as she walked out of the bathroom.

"Jade!" Yvette exclaimed. The two women ran up and hugged each other tightly.

"I've missed you so much," Jade gushed.

"Me too. It's been too long since we've seen each other," Yvette beamed.

"It really has," Jade smiled. Yvette slapped Jade up the side of her head.

"Why the hell didn't your baldheaded self visit me sooner?!" Yvette scolded.

"Ow!" Jade yelped.

"You've got the funds to come visit me. Why haven't you used them?" Yvette asked. Monet and Josie laughed at the two cousins as they began bickering with each other.

"Because I've been busy with school and trying to get my foot into the door," Jade answered.

"And? You could have taken a break and come see me," Yvette rolled her eyes.

"Girl, shut yo ass up. I'm here aren't I?" Jade hissed.

"Bitch, fuck you," Yvette snapped.

"Fuck You too, hoe!" Jade countered. The two women began to wrestle with each other for a minute.

"Should we step in?" Josie asked.

"Nah. Just let 'em rock," Monet shook her head. Josie nodded giggling. Yvette and Jade would always bicker with each other for a minute and then start wrestling like children. It was hilariously childish to witness because just imagine two grown ass women wrestling with each other.

"Okay! Stop!" Jade exclaimed as Yvette put her into a headlock, "I'm going to sweat out my make up."

"Girl, and?" Josie asked.

"Biiiiitch," Jade said. She swept Yvette's legs out from under her causing the woman to fall on her back.

"Ooh! That was a nasty fall," Josie remarked.

"It really was," Monet said making a 'sheesh' face, "Alright, you two. Break it up before somebody gets really hurt."

Jade and Yvette let go while laughing hysterically like some lunatics. They both got up and dusted themselves off.

"Jesus, Yvette. I'm going to have to go do some touch ups," Jade complained.

"Sorry. I'll help," Yvette giggled.

"Do you guys have any highlighter? Mine broke earlier," Josie said.

"Yeah we do. I brought a crap load of make up," Monet responded.

"Cool. Thanks," Josie said.

"You're welcome," Monet smiled. The four women finished up helping each other get ready for their night out on the town.

After they all finished getting, they took pictures, Monet and Jade gave Josie and Yvette their keycards to keep safe before leaving.

"Josie, you keep an eye on my cousin. I'll watch Houdini here," Yvette said in the elevator.

"Houdini? Why is she called Houdini again?" Josie laughed.

"Because she disappears," Yvette and Jade said in unison.

"Ugh! Quit calling me that!" Monet complained. The three other women laughed at her. Monet hated the fact that they dubbed her as Houdini back in college. Yes she did disappear for hours at a time and force people to create a search party for her, but she didn't mean to.

When they arrived at the club, the four women went straight for the bar. They each sat down together and then had Jade flag down the bartender that had been eyeing her since she walked in.

"Four shots of vodka please," She batted her eyelashes.

"Coming right up, beautiful," He smiled at her. His dimples revealed themselves in his cheeks. It had the four women swooning in their seats.

"He is too good looking for his own good," Josie said.

"Mhm. He can drink wine from my pussy," Yvette remarked. The three women looked at her weirdly for a moment. The one thing about Yvette is that she's a damn freak. A nasty freak that had men calling her many times after one night with her. It wasn't surprising to hear her say that, but it was still out of pocket.

"If you don't order some damn water," Jade said.

"Girl, shut up. You're just mad that I get more call backs than you," Yvette quipped.

"Bitch, please. They call, text, write me a letter, send an email, send a carrier pigeon just to ask me for another magical night," Jade countered.

"Lord. Here they go," Monet muttered.

"They do this all the time?" Josie asked.

"Uh-huh. It's a battle to see who gets the most booty calls," Monet answered.

"Ah. They're weirdly competitive about that," Josie said.

"Mhm," Monet nodded. The bartender came back with their shots and they thanked him.

"Here's to Monet's last couple of nights as a single, independent hoe," Jade said.

"We have lost yet another sister," Yvette sighed sadly.

"To our fallen comrade," Josie added. They each raised their shots up in silence for a couple of seconds before downing them.

"Alright, bitches. Let's get crunk up in this bitch," Jade told them.

"Woo! I'm ready to back this ass up on somebody on the dance floor and in their bedroom," Josie said.

"Same," Yvette murmured.

"Well lets have fun, bitches," Jade laughed.
