"So you're the soon to be Queen of Heaven?"
Rias's eyes widened as a man appeared in front of her with a woman and asked her that question.
The man looked like a clone of Dio with cat ears on his head and two tails sprouting above his ass cheeks. Two meters tall and rippling with muscles under his silk shirt and pantaloons. He'd slept his midnight blue hair back revealing a pair of golden cat slit eyes.
"You seem… a bit too young." He smirked as he held his chin in one hand and his elbow in the other, "I think I have kids older than you."
"Time spent in the Fifth Heaven doesn't count, brother." his female companion sighed, "You are technically only eighteen days old."
"Huh." The man rubbed his chin some more, "Is this what it felt like for father? Only weeks old and already totally badass and a lady killer."
"Father slept with real women, not his daddy's slave race." the woman smirked in that oh so familiar way as she teased her brother.
"Ouch, I'm going to need some cream for that sick burn." the man laughed and slapped his sister on the shoulder producing a thunderclap but failing to get a reaction from her.
"Who are you people?" Rias demanded of the pair.
The woman, a tall and powerfully built specimen in a leather and fur coat with waist length midnight blue hair and bags cut just above her golden cat slit eyes,
"I am Eleanora, the second daughter of Super Kami Dio." the woman smiled as she introduced herself.
"And I am Eleazar, fourth son of Super Kami Dio and Eleanora's most handsome big brother." The man smirked and shot a wink at his sister.
"Ara ara." Rias's Queen, Akeno Himejima, intruded, "It seems…" she covered a small smile with one hand, "Super Kami Dio has been quite busy."
"Oh hell yeah." Eleazar chuckled, "Mom wanted to repopulate the species and found out that if she stays on the Fifth Heaven she can carry three full pregnancies a day. Hasn't left since."
"Neither have we, before now." Eleanora added, "We signed up for the glorious honor of showing our step mother around. Don't worry though, we've been prepped with all the realavent information on the various Heavens and points of interest in them. You shall receive the full informative tour."
Something in her tone queued Rias into the fact that Eleanora did not in fact find it a 'glorious honor' to guide Rias and her peerage up through the various Heavens, but instead was more interested in observing them… like a group of fascinating insects.
"You've spent your entire life cooped up in the Fifth Heaven?" Akeno inquired, "Did you not find that very… confining."
"No way!" Eleazar denied and then launched a monolog that increased in intensity with every word, "Would you find things confining to be cooped up on Earth, or in the Underworld? All the Heavens are enormous with Dad in charge of the subspace, and the Fifth Heaven never sleeps. New people being born, being made, being trained. The sounds of our jackboots marching, running, jumping every hour of every day. The armies of Heaven growing in numbers and might forever and ever. AMEN!"
"Okay, if there was any doubt he was Dio's, that's all gone now." Kiba commented.
"Who would've thought that breeding Hell's most war hungry devil into a naturally violent race would produce a bunch of military otaku battle junkies." Eleanora sighed, "The Fifth Heaven is the ultimate paradise for my brothers, and we have literal paradise on the third floor of this joint."
As the pair lead the peerage through the Pearly Gates, the sight of the much changed First Heaven unfolded before them. Gone were the simple white stone buildings built atop clouds and in its place sprawled a towering high gothic megalopolis replete with magitech so far beyond anything they'd ever seen before that they might as well have been third world peasants before today.
"Welcome to the First Heaven, where we house the Brave Saints and the Scrubs, Angels that Dad made to be amusing in combat rather than effective." Eleazar explained, "The First Heaven is also the site of the only major battle of the War of Heaven's Conquest, were Dad laid hands on the pussy boy left overs of Yahweh's stint as God. Now all the Angel's are Chad as fuck, even the Scrubs, their just less Chad than the Custodes."
"How is this possible?" Rias gasped in awe at the fabulous display of wealth, taste, and power around her.
Drones, automatons, hover ships, holographic displays, power armor, mecha. Seekvaira's wet dream played out before the redhead's eyes and she didn't know how to process this city straight out of a sci - fi movie.
"Things really picked up after Dad when on another Dream Quest to the Fate Universe twenty years ago and came back with the power to split himself into 99 perfect incarnations." Eleazar explained, "Just one of him was able to completely dunk on the power scaling of this verse in a matter of months. With him running 99 bodies at once… the guy seems to hit another level every day."
"Twenty years ago?" Rias questioned.
"Last week normal time. The Fifth Heaven moves a thousand times faster than Earth and its accompanying sub-realities.
"Doesn't splitting into 99 bodies split his power?" Issei asked, seemingly the only one unimpressed with the unprecedented development around them.
"No." Eleazar spat, "I thought I was finally going to get a W over him in sparring, but then he revealed that the technique isn't some multiform ripoff, but the EX version of Delusion Illusion, a Noble Phantasm that allowed the original user to operate a body for each of his split personalities, eighty in total despite his title of Hundred Face Hassan. When Dad fused the Phantasm with his true being it upgraded to his new bullshit hivemind ultrapower."
"How did he get that power?" Kiba inquired.
"He ate the original wielder's last body." Eleanora answered.
"Gross." Koneko stated.
"It's Dad." she shrugged.
The pair of cat people gods lead Rias and her peerage through the city until Issei called out to someone he saw on the side of the street.
"Hey, Irina!" he shouted, "Its me Issei!"
"Oh, you know Side Character?" Eleanora rose an eyebrow.
"I'm not a side character!" Irina shouted as she trotted over to the tour group.
"But… like, didn't you wield Excalibur Mimic before Dad fed all the old holy swords to his giant fuck you anime buster sword?" Eleazar asked while looking at the girl like maybe he was talking about someone else.
"Yeah. That was me. God took my sword." the exorcist turned Brave Saint pouted.
"Didn't you get a copy of the full Excalibur though? The DxD version, not the OP Fate save the world in a single swing one." Eleazar asked.
"I did. But everyone has Excaliburs now. Which is totally a good thing, but I'm not special any more." she continued to pout.
Kiba who looked like he was about to blow either his top or his O-ring as the conversation turned to Excalibur finally lost his cool and screamed.
"EXCALIB…" his outburst was interrupted with a side punch from Eleazar who looked over at his fist in surprise.
"How'd that get there?" he asked then saw the crumpled unconscious form of Rias's Knight, "Sorry Step-Mom, he triggered my automated knock a fool out attack. Basically anytime someone is about to do something really… really stupid around me, my fist stops them without any input form my thinky thinky bits."
The cat man threw the unconscious Knight over his shoulder and smiled, "Let's not let a little thing like random violence ruin the tour. To the Second Heaven!"
