Philip jumped down from the roof he was standing on. His eyes locked onto Arlo.
For the first time Arlo felt scared? There was way too much killing intent on the hero.
He attacked in a flash, he was very fast indeed. Arlo tried to guess his weapons by getting hit.
Ah, the attack came to a joint where they were not guarded by the armor.
'So a rapier then?' he guessed and blocked an attack. He was easily overpowered and thrown away.
But Arlo had a card up his sleeve! Every second more fog was being absorbed by him because of the ongoing battle. He was becoming stronger every second, only if he could make Philip waste time…
He couldn't, Philips attacks came like a flood. He could hear his lover's voices cheering for Philip as he stood guard.
Ah he was finally somewhat stronger. "Time to end this…" Arlo growled at the raging teenager.
"Agreed!"
Obviously Arlo assumped that Philip had different abilities than that of a measly sword.
He used magic to manipulate the bones of the crushed skeletons to create spike pillars.
"Kuh!" Philip jumped away as he stared at his slightly scarred arm.
"As expected you are pretty new to being a hero right?" Arlo smirked through his skull.
The voices came back to his mind, asking, begging for violence and revenge. They were telling him to kill Philip and ravage his lovers which was unlogical. They wanted blood and chaos but one of those voices became clearer. The revenant was back…
Arlo slashed Philips armor. He casted a curse on him. Lifesteal! Another debuff which would help him on the longer side.
"Damn you!" he coughed.
Arlo dodged an arrow from philips lovers. He had an idea, he found a skull, a ribcage, a spine, and an arm. He manipulated the arm to become more like a blade. Then he repurposed the fog flow into the makeshift corpse.
The revenant laughed as it floated into the makeshift skeleton. "As you wish…"
The skeleton got engulfed in endless smoke as the bones blackened. A powerful revenant was born.
They both attacked Philip who was watching carefully.
The revenant could phase through physical materials and used it to its own advantage.
Finally Arlo had the upper hand! while the revenant made Philip busy he rolled to his back and stabbed him.

Blood spurted out of the wounds but Arlo knew it wasn't enough just yet. He tried to stab him once again but suddenly an enormous magic circle appeared before him.
