The dungeon core was cut in half. İt looked like an oversized pearl.
The skeleton took the pearl and placed it into his bag. The army left the dungeon as it started to slowly crumble to nothing.
'Now that I have myself a core; all that is left to do is to scout a strategic point to place our new fortress.' He decided.
He knew that his army was weak. He needed more power in order to avenge his brother.
What was his name? Could Arlo still remember?
No he wouldn't ever even dare to slightly forget his name.
'Aldis.' Arlo repeated the name over and over again to carve it into his mind.
His brother's image in his head should never be forgotten. He had to remember. Aldis was the only thing that kept him going, even as a corpse, even as a monster.
Rage boiled his imaginary blood. He needed to resurrect Aldis. He did not care if the process needed him to go to hell personally.

Time went by as Arlo scavenged maps from the towns he raided. He was growing stronger with every human that fell.
Eventually Arlo reached the top of a renowned mountain. İt would be a good place to set up the dungeon. The highground offered sight advantage and excess protection.
Arlo used some of the bones they had to transform them into a pedestal. He placed the core on top of it. The core was dead. İt did not react.
'Here goes nothing…' Arlo sighed as he started to pour the fog of endless lives he destroyed into the core.
İt seemed like madness, probably because it was. A skeleton trying to raise a dead dungeon core through necromancy.
The endless pouring started to exhaust Arlo. His reserves were running low but the core just took it.
İt finally started to glow and the two halves welded themselves over each other.
The core extended roots through the pedestal. The rocky ground started to split as the roots pierced them.
Arlo gave the command to start the building.
Resources goot gathered. The horse carts stored some wood in them.
Some skeletons and Bral collected rocks.
The skeletons started to build a stone room made out of stone bricks.
İt was barely two meters to two meters but it gave Arlo the room to communicate with the core.
"Why was I resurrected?" The core asked in Arlo's mind.
"You will serve me as my domain." He answered.
