Arlo never thought of his new skeletal being as evil until he confronted the owners of the fort.
The dead bodies of civilians… and dead goblins. "They should have been defeated bythe sinister being." Was Arlos final guess. He and his brigand skeletons drew their weapons. Arlo was worried due to the fact that his soldiers were not being protected in any form. They would be actual small fries…
They went deeper and deeper, everytime encountering unsightly situations. Even though Arlo did the same to the villagers he was sorry for those who were not slain by him. And at the deepest part a collapsed cellar had a large ogre sleeping. İt had two hill gianst with it.
Arlo could've puked if he had a biological throath. Half eatem cows and humans… scrapped armors of the loyal fools remains. The ogre had a belt that both hold its ragged underwear and a series of helmets.
"Ah killcaont hah?" Arlo whispered and made a plan.
Suddenly the brigands split into a group of two and hopped onto the hill giants back.
Their battle cry-like groans echoed through the cellar while they stuck their axes into the giants.
Arlo hopped onto the ogre but lost focus when the ogre started to wake up due to the giant's roars.
The whole beastly crew was up!
The ogre, now fully standing and trying to grab Arlo who stabbed his sword to remain on it, crashed into one of the giants. The ogre roared with a twisted tongue: "WHO!" The question was plain and easy.
Arlo avoided the giant's arm that was trying to rip a brigand off of itself and hopped onto the ogres shoulder.
"Me!" The ogre's eyes tried to look at its attacker and made a deafening roar.
The undead's vision in the dark is perfect so Arlo located the ogre's large ear and stabbed his blade deep into it.
Another twisted but more angry roar alongside it crashing itself into the wall to crush Arlo made him squish and break his jawbone.
He fell down on a cow carcass. A brigand fell next to him and quickşy sprung into action. The two to three meter giants struggled against the wounds. An idea came into Arlos' consciousness. He quickly hopped onto another giant and waited for the ogre to notice him. "YOU!" İt struck Arlo which made him sprint off of the giant. The giant crumbled onto its back. İts spine was probably dislocated. İt died.
The second giant collapsed due to its wounds.
Only one remained: an ogre with a bleeding ear.
Everyone ran towards it. But it was only a tactic. While the ogre managed to fend off the attackers a newly raised hill giant struck on it. The ogre kneeled in agony. İt saw Arlo and the giant which had its flesh and skin slowly burning away to reveal the muscle and bone. One last strike to end the ogre.
İt finally crumbled. But it had no time to rest in peace. Arlo gave all the fog it gained from the second giant which was unable to rise due to its skeleton being mangled up.

Arlo came back to the burial ground as he used some fog to fix his jaw. He made an aggressive action of punching the ground. Any normal person should not understand what was happening.
Slowly eight more brigands raised from the ground. They bowed before Arlo who still did not abandon the punch position he just made. He was now really low on fog.
They returned to the fort where the four more experienced brigands and the newly raised giant/ogre duo were waiting.
"We have a long way to go my lord…" the ogre growled to Arlo. İt being a higher species of monsters allowed it to talk even after being dead.
"Ah know…" Arlo answered as he examined two of the new brigands that were trying to climb onto the horses.
Arlo tried to smile with his dry skull.
He walked into the lord's work room in the fort and closed the door.
