"Villains?! No way!!" "What Villains'd be dumb enough to sneak into a school for heroes?" "Sensei. Aren't there intruder sensors?" Momo queried. "Yes, of course there are..!" "Are they only here, or also in the main building? Either way, if the sensors aren't working.. it has to be one of their Quirks that's doing it." One of the boys, Todoroki, voiced. "This place is far from the campus. And they picked a time when there'd be few people here... so maybe they're not as dumb as they seem. They must have an objective. Because this is a well-coordinated sneak attack." "Thirteen! Begin evaluation! And try calling the school! One of these villains must be jamming the sensors. There's a good chance one of their electric types is causing the interference." Aizawa voiced. "Kaminari, try using your Quirk to signal for help." "Got it!" "But Sensei, you can't fight them all alone!" Midoriya spoke up towards their teacher and Kurmara agreed. "Against that many.. even you can't nullify all their Quirks! As Eraserhead, your fighting style involves erasure and a quick binding capture. Head on battle isn't.."
"No good hero is a one-trick pony." Aizawa interrupted. "Thirteen! Take care of them." He then headed towards the villains, the students watching as he fought them. Kurmara stood there, shaking slightly as she saw the many villains. She was scared. "--ayashi. Hayashi! Come on, let's go!" She heard Kirishima's voice and was dragged away from where she had been standing towards everyone else who was heading the way they came from. Thirteen and the students headed towards the entrance only for a misty figure to appear in front of them all. "I won't allow that." A voice came from it and everyone stopped. "Greetings. We are the League of Villains. Forgive our audacity, but.. today, we've come here to UA high school- this bastion of heroism... to end the life of All Might, the Symbol of Peace." A chill went through Kurmara's body when he said that. Kill All Might? Why would they want to do that? She thought as she began to shake a little again. "We were under the impression that All Might would be here today but... It seems his schedule was revised? Well.. no matter. My role remains unchanged."
Suddenly, Kirishima and Bakugou rushed towards him. "Not if we end you first. Betcha didn't see that coming!!" Kirishima said when they stood up. "No, get back! Both of you!" Thirteen shouted at them but the villain suddenly surrounded them with the mist. "Everyone!" Kurmara closed her eyes and felt someone grab her. She opened her eyes and saw that a few of her classmates were gone, leaving some that were lucky enough not to get caught up in the smoke with Thirteen still with them. Sero helped her stand up quickly and they all looked around. "Where is everyone?! Can we confirm their locations?!" Iida questioned. "They've been scattered, but they're all still in the facility." Shoji voiced. "Physical attacks are no good. He just warps away! This guy's Quirk is just too tough to handle!" Sero said. So we aren't able to touch him at all... Kurmara thought. "--The class president can't very well abandon his class.." Iida shouted which snapped the teen's attention towards the others. "He said go! Out the emergency exit!! There are alarms on the outside, which means that these guys must only be causing trouble in here!"
"So if you make it out, they can't follow you! Shake off that mist man with that speed of yours!" "Please, Iida.." Kurmara whispered very quietly as she could barely speak from the nervousness and fear she felt. "Just like in the cafeteria.. we can provide all the support you need! And we will!" Uraraka exclaimed. "Do it!" "Aside from the fact that you have no hope.. what sort of fool discusses the strategy in earshot of the enemy?" The villain questioned as he loomed over them. "It hardly matters if you overheard. You can't stop us!" Thirteen said and he used his Quirk on the villain. There's no way I could help properly... Kurmara thought as she managed to take a few steps back. "Sensei!!" Mina called out towards the hero and Kurmara's heart almost stopped beating. The villain warped behind Thirteen which caused his Quirk to get him, taking away part of him. Iida began to run towards the exit but the villain appeared in front of him, almost getting him until Shoji grabbed the villain so Iida could get past. Kurmara and a few others rushed over to Thirteen while Uraraka ran past them.
"What're you gonna do, Uraraka?" Mina queried the short-haired girl. "There! See it?!" The two watched as Iida tried to get closer to the doors, the villain trying to stop him and Ochako rushing towards the villain. She touched the metal part that was part of the mist and he was soon floating above her, Sero using his tape Quirk to snag him, allowing Iida to successfully get out. Please Iida... get someone, anyone.. Kurmara thought as she took in a deep, shaky breath. After what felt like thirty minutes, the doors suddenly burst down, surprising everyone. "Fear not." A very familiar voice spoke. "I am here." Kurmara looked at where he was, feeling tears well up in her eyes. "I had a bad feeling.. so I cut my talk with the principal short and came right away. Then I ran into Iida on the way.. he told me the gist of what's going on here." "All Might!!" He jumped past them towards the villains and where Aizawa was. We're saved.. we're saved! Kurmara thought, the tears still flowing. "Nice! They totally underestimated what All Might's capable of!!" "Ah! It's Deku and those guys!" All Might was there to save everyone from the villains, but Kurmara couldn't stop thinking about what the mist villain had told them.
"...to end the life of All Might, the Symbol of Peace." A shudder went through her body but she shook her head before taking a breath to shout alongside everyone else as All Might fought. He's got this.. she thought. They're no match for him... "It's Mineta and Tsuyu!" Uraraka exclaimed as she went down the steps a little to help them. There was a sudden gunshot and everyone looked behind back at the entrance. "Sorry, everyone." A voice spoke. "We're a little late." "Iida!" "We brought everyone we could." Tears stung Kurmara's eyes again as she saw Iida with many pro heroes, their teachers. "President of class 1A, Tenya Iida!! Reporting for Duty!" He shouted and Kurmara smiled. One of the pro heroes shot again down below. "Only ne'er-do-wells we got a shot at wranglin' from this distance are.." He spoke as he continued to shoot before stopping.
The villains had disappeared and the police had arrived with an ambulance for those who were injured. "-Besides the one with the messed up legs... Looks like they're all unharmed." An officer voiced once everyone was outside of the center. As everyone talked amongst themselves about what happened and where the ones who got warped to a different area were, Kurmara stood off on her own as she processed everything that happened. As her mind kept replaying everything, she felt the tears form in her eyes again as she shook a little. That was scary... She thought and her mind suddenly brought up a hidden memory which made her give a small gasp. There was a sudden pain in her chest and she rubbed the area. "Hey, Hayashi," She heard Uraraka's voice and quickly wiped the tears from her face before turning towards her friend, seeing Kirishima and Iida nearby as well. "We're heading back to the school." She voiced and the short girl nodded as she moved her bangs back over her eyes before walking over to them. "Come on, let's get our seats near each other." She voiced as she walked past them. Once they were on the bus, Kirishima peeked at her. "Hey, you alright?" He queried and she looked at him, her bangs covering her eyes.
"Well, it depends on what you mean." She gave a half-smile. "You were on your own away from everyone else.." Uraraka mentioned and Kurmara hesitated. "Well, this was a weird experience, but... yeah, I'm alright." She reassured them. "Well, let us know if anything is wrong. Especially me as I am the Class President." Iida spoke up and she nodded. "Of course." Once everyone was back at the school, they changed out of their outfits and headed home for the day. As Kurmara trudged home, her thoughts buzzed around like irritating wasps, the other more frustrating than the last. "Why the hell did the villains show up... why do they want to kill All Might?" She asked herself as she walked through her neighbourhood towards her house. When she opened the front door, she was greeted by her brother who embraced her in a tight hug. "Uh.. Eun..?" She was confused but still hugged him back, unable to stop the tears. That was the one thing she needed the most at the moment. "Are you okay?" He finally asked, not pulling away from her but loosening the hug. "I.. I'm not sure.." She confessed and her brother let out a sigh.
"I have a friend who is an officer so when he told me what happened... I'm just glad you're not hurt." "Two of the teachers who helped us got hurt badly and one of my friends did too, but not as bad.." Kurmara voiced before she pulled away from the hug to take her shoes off and walk further into the house. "I don't want to do anything but eat, shower, and go to bed.." the teen voiced and her brother nodded. "Of course, especially after the day you had." She heard her aunt's voice and walked over to her, getting pulled into another hug. "What the hell were they thinking attacking students? I hope those bastards are caught." "I do too but for now, let's take her mind off it." Eun asserted and Da-eun agreed as she let go of the teenage girl. "Are you sure you're alright?" The older woman queried which made Kurmara sigh. "Yeah.. I think I will be. I'm just shaken up still, considering that it was out of nowhere and when we were supposed to do training..." "What was the training supposed to be today?" "Rescue Training." She responded with a groan. "If only those stupid villains didn't get there, I would've been able to show off the move Eun taught me before the school year began!"
"Wait, your brother taught you something?" Da-eun asked and Kurmara nodded. "Yes! It's so cool! Dad taught him when he was a kid so he decided to teach me!" Eun let out a chuckle. "I'm sure you'll be able to show it off later on." He voiced as he walked into the kitchen. "Well... I kinda already used it and impressed someone..." Kurmara muttered to herself and her aunt cleared her throat, making the teen look up at her to see a certain look on her face which made her face heat up. "Shhh." Her aunt wiggled her eyebrows before smiling. "Why'd you say shh?" Eun asked as he looked at his sister who stood up straight. "N.. no reason!" Da-eun held back a laugh at how her niece was acting which made the twenty-year-old raise a brow. "Kind of suspicious, sis." He voiced and she shook her head quickly. He stared at her for a moment before shrugging and turning around as she let out a small sigh before looking up at her aunt who had a grin on her face, mouthing the words 'love interest' making Kurmara swat at her, whispering for her to be quiet. "You know what I haven't made in a while?" Eun voiced and the two turned their attention to him.
"What?" "Your favourite." Kurmara smiled. "Her favourite? You mean the Sake-poached chicken?" Da-eun queried and he nodded. "The last time I made that was when she came home from middle school after some bullies ruined her sketchbook." "Made me feel better because he made it the way he knows best." Kurmara voiced and their aunt nodded. "He probably got that from your Mom. If I'm honest, your Dad can't cook for shit." She laughed, making the siblings join in. "He's made some decent things before actually and that was whenever we've gotten sick," Eun said, reminiscing and his sister nodded. "Whatever he might have made was something he probably got from your grandpa." Da-eun voiced before letting out a sigh. "Seems like that's something the boys have in common, actually. Learning something from their father." "Yeah.. oh, did you know that Eun would make a great housewife?" Kurmara smiled and her aunt laughed. "Oh yeah? Well then, I'd love to see that happen." The two looked at him and he rolled his eyes. "I already told you, not until I'm thirty." He used his Quirk to blow Kurmara's hair from her face, making her giggle.
"Been a while since you've done that." She voiced as she fixed her hair. "And I wonder who taught you that?" Da-eun asked and they all laughed. Kurmara let out a small sigh as she leaned against the counter. I needed this.. She thought with a smile as her older brother and aunt talked.
