"So you are staying at the Grand Duke's mansion now?" Lord Bennet asked after Ashley told him about her adventure after escaping the Count's mansion.
Ashley smiled, "Yes, and while I'm staying there, I might as well learn how to defend myself so that even if the mercenaries came after me, I'd be able to protect myself."
The four gasped and said in unison, "We will protect you!"
Lord Bennet and Ashley turned towards them as Ashley giggled and said, "Thank you."
Lord Bennet just sighed at them. Then he turned to Ashley again and said, "But will you be alright? Wielding a sword is hard. I even gave up when I lifted it when I was young."
"Yes, that's right!" Pil and Mil said in unison. "We'll just protect you."
Ashley smiled, "Don't worry. I'll be fine. And instead of being protected, I'd rather fight alongside my friends."
"Milady..." Annie and Albert whispered while the twins looked at her with amazement.
