"WEI WUXIAN! I SWEAR TO GOD, ONCE I CATCH YOU, I AM GOING TO BREAK YOUR LEGS!!" Jiang Cheng shouted as he chased Wei Wuxian around the house.
It's nothing new for the Jiang household if they see Jiang Cheng chasing Wei Wuxian around the house while threatening to break his legs as Wei Wuxian will always think of weird ideas to wake Jiang Cheng up which he knows will irritate his Didi.
"AH JIE JIE HELP ME! JIANG CHENG IS PULLING MY LEG!" Wei Wuxian shouted for his sister's help as he was hugging onto one of the pillars as Jiang Cheng kept pulling his legs.
Jiang Yanli just laughed at her brother's childishness as she walked over to save Wei Wuxian before he got hurt although this happens almost every day.
"A-Cheng, let go of A-Xian's leg before you hurt him." Jiang Yanli said while giving Jiang Cheng a stern look.
Jiang Cheng sighed heavily and reluctantly let go of Wei Wuxian's leg.
As soon as Jiang Cheng let go of Wei Wuxian's leg, he let go of the pillar that he was hugging while sticking out his tongue at Jiang Cheng and ran behind Jiang Yanli to hide from Jiang Cheng's wrath.
"A-Cheng, what did he do this time?" Jiang Yanli sighed heavily.
"Jie, Wei Wuxian thought it was funny to pour cold water on my face." Jiang Cheng said as he continued to glare at him.
"Jiang Cheng, go and get ready. Dinner is almost ready." Jiang Yanli said.
Jiang Cheng nodded his head while glaring at Wei Wuxian and quickly went to his room to get ready for dinner.
After Jiang Cheng left and went to his room, Jiang Yanli turned around and faced Wei Wuxian as she put her hands on her hips.
"A-Xian, please wake Xue Yang up. Dinner is almost ready. And please wake him up in a NORMAL way." Jiang Yanli said as she emphasized the word to give a warning to Wei Wuxian.
Wei Wuxian nodded his head quickly and sprinted towards Xue Yang's room.
Jiang Yanli just sighed heavily and shook her head at both of her brothers as she walked to the kitchen to continue to cook.
The Jiang family is one of the oldest vampire hunter families. Their family has been hunting vampires for many centuries and as time has gone by, this family has gone through many changes such as co-existing with the vampires. Previously the reason for the existence of the vampire hunter organization was to eliminate all vampire species. But everything changed when a treaty was made between humans and vampires. Therefore, now the only reason for their existence is to maintain the peace between the two species.
After Jiang Yanli has finished cooking, she starts setting up the plates and cutlery onto the table.
"GUYS! DINNER IS READY!" Jiang Yanli shouted.
As soon as she shouted Jiang Cheng, Wei Wuxian and Xue Yang quickly ran to the dining room.
"LOTUS SOUP!!! THANKS, JIE!" Wei Wuxian shouted as he ran towards the table and quickly sat down.
"SHUT UP WEI WUXIAN! YOU ARE NOISY!" Xue Yang and Jiang Cheng shouted back at the same time.
"RUDE." Wei Wuxian said as he pouted.
Jiang Yanli giggled quietly at the three boys in front of her as she thought to herself that it was going to be another noisy day.
